Contacted TES for first time and had the pleasure in dealing with Holly. She listened to my situation and provided me with support on the steps to evict my tenant. After serving a Section 8 notice which did the trick I was lucky to get my property back however she still continued to provide support and advice due to my ongoing arrears and damage to the property. Her expertise is invaluable and really helped reduce the stress I was under and gave me confidence to move forward and reclaim my property. I fully recommend TES if you want a good outcome!

I contacted the tenant eviction specialists in June 2023 when having trouble evicting my tenant and needing to urgently sell the property. As soon as I spoke to Holly on my first call she was so supportive and reassuring. She took the process over and at the end of October 2023 I received my possession order and got my property back. I couldn't have done this without Holly's expertise and support, she took the stress out of the whole situation. She was always there to answer a call or email if ever anything arose and was always so supportive.
I would definitely recommend anyone going through this process to contact this company. It was made easy, quick and with minimal stress. Cant thank them enough.

Holly was amazing kept us upto date all the way paperwork dealt with swiftly. Luckily the tenant left today so the bailiff did not need to attend. tomorrow and the landlord has his house back.

We had a fabulous service from this company. Holly was really helpful and ensured that we got things sorted as quickly as possible.

Holly was helpful and responsive to my queries.
I foolishly did a favour of allowing someone to stay in the house whilst I was working overseas. Came back and they refused to move out.
I wasted money ('000s) and nearly four years on another solicitor who didn't know what they where doing, before Court finally threw out application for incorrect serving on tenant.
Contacted TES and Holly replied.
She was clear on what documents would be needed and the process, whilst warning me Courts are very slow in processing and she had no control over that.
The submission was made, and four months later in Southend Court - Yes that is quick!
I played safe and took a (new) Lawyer recommended by Holly. Immediate award of possession and costs.
I suspected (correctly) they still wouldn't move out and with TES/Holly's help arranged for Bailiffs to conduct the eviction.
Another three months (Yes, Courts are supposedly overloaded) and Bailffs on case.
Job done.

please please do not use this company they are just money grabbing they do not check the paperwork never responds to emails blames everyone else but themselves. Once they have your money they never answer the phone or reply to the emails.

Holly served my s21 Notice for me and was really helpful and efficient in getting back to me via email both in the process of the serving of the notice and also in the provision of information about what would need to happen next when it looked like a possession order may need to be sought.

Evicting a tenant can be a minefield. I only realised this once I started on the course of action. I was so pleased I found TES online and they were able to help me right the way through. I can't thank Holly enough, she responded in good time, always - even when she was inundated. On the odd occasion, just to advance check, I did ring the courts to get any up -to-the-minute info on dates etc and got through to them every single time with the usual 'patience'. On an on-going basis Holly was there guiding me through in a very knowledgeable and professional way right up to the date of eviction, telling me exactly where we were on the journey which ended up successfully. I don't recommend them , Very stressfull . I dealt with Holly, who was always responded quickly until the fast track payment has been received.
After submitting the Possession Order paperwork in NOV 2022 I was advised there was a 4-6 week delay in the courts due to Christmas period , royal mail strikes etc etc . Weeks have been passed I asked Holly to chase the courts as I had not heard anything and she said it was my job to chase the courts! I paid for a service but had to do her job! It took ages but I finally got through to the courts who said they had not received the paperwork or payment. When I told Holly about this she responded there are delays with court , she was not in the office most of the time . When ever I called Holly to ask for some guidance, she said she was busy and would call back. That call never came it has been extremely stressful with TES very rarely responds to emails OR PHONE CALLS
