Holly was superb. Helped me through the process of taking our tenants to court. Fully informed me of everything I needed to know and then finally helped me on how to obtain a money order for collection of arrears. Cannot thank her enough. Highly Recommend this service and especially Holly.

Management are rubbish at engaging with tenants nor do they do knows us I’d say not know they don’t they do not come to holly court enough engage they way management are is very so unprofessional with staff so can we get them engage with holly court tenant a bit more the care I receive is not enough and is right for me I don’t get with one tenant I don’t to know I’m come go the up anger wits of it all

Holly . After Her name she should have the title PhD Eviction Specialist. The letters PhD translated from original Greek means "Lover of Wisdom””. Holly’s PhD stands for P – Professionalism, h – Helpfulness, D - Diligences. After the PhD I could add etc. Which means Efficient, Tolerant, Consensus. I was the owner of a single property to let. So there was no chance of a mega payday. The help I received from Holly was exemplary and has resulted in a successful conclusion.

Holly helped me so much - I could not have got through such a horrible time without her help and advice.

Possibly the worst service I have had from a business in a long time.
We paid Holly A LOT of money to help us evict 2 non paying tenants. We were assured that we would be hand held through the entire process which included going to Middlesborough court for a hearing date.
We had to chase every single correspondance we needed and then was sent to court with the wrong paperwork.
The case was rejected and 7months later we still have the tenants in place and still no rent in.
If you want to avoid stress avoid this company.

A a relatively new landlord I was a very worried and stressed due to not knowing too much about the eviction process. However, when I contacted Holly at Tenant Eviction Services, she explained everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions via email and phone call. (trust me I had lots of them) Section 21 notice was sent out within 24 hours after first contact along with relevant documents required. I also got a copy of this in an email to see what has been sent. Thankfully that was all that was needed, the tenant has now moved out locks have been changed today. I must say It has been a very pleasant experience. I will most definitely be using TES again!

As a landlord I was really delighted with the service provided by Holly and her team. She is really delightful to deal with, always friendly, but at the same time she very knowledgeable about this whole area. The whole system now of obtaining possession is extraordinarily pedantic, however, notwithstanding that Holly made it as simple as it could be. I would recommend her and her team very highly.

In their favour the paperwork went in quickly (because I had everything needed ready to go), and the possession order was granted. However I wish I’d believed the reviews about how awful they were at actually interacting with their clients. They don’t answer the phone, or respond to voice mails. An email that I sent before Xmas still hasn’t been read. I was promised one to one support by Holly (who as far as I can tell is the only member of staff) - even with her direct number she was almost impossible to contact. When I did speak to her she seemed utterly fed up that I actually wanted the support and feedback that was promised (and paid for).

They use the NRLA logo to suggest a level of professionalism however they are just commercial members not actually recommended by the NRLA so don’t be fooled.

I am using a different company to for the next stage - who actually reply to emails and have someone who answers the phone.

Excellent service from Holly and reassuring every step of the way. She knows her job and if you need a tenant out she's your lady. Obviously the legal process is long but it's important to do things correctly so you get your desired end result. Don't hesitate to use them if you need a tenant out.

Never use this company. They are just for money grabbing. Once they got the money they do not pickup call and Holly will disappear. They missed the vital documents at the court bundle. My case was dismissed due to lack of witness statements on 10th May 2023. They are rubbish and crap you could ever imagine. They will suck your blood. They did not refunded my money.
