Very nice place. Last Saturday we have visited with my 5 friends. Extremely kind staff and pleasant interiors. Definitely will be coming back.

Great experience going for some drinks at your Newcastle bar last week. Really speedy service and friendly staff. Also great selection of drinks!

Went to the alchemist at blindley place. Thought the cocktails were great even though its a bit pricey

The Alchemist at Embassy Gardens London is one of my favorite places not just in the UK but from every country I’ve been.
The food is exquisite for breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and for a nibble with drinks. The drinks are out of this world! The theatrics are amazing and the classics are perfection. But what makes me love this place even more is the amazing staff who I now consider family! Their energy, hospitality, friendliness and humor always makes me happier than before walking in.
Perfect place for any occasion whether it’s for a hangout, drinks, food, date, gathering, you name it and you will definitely not regret it.

The standard of food was really bad. I ordered a jerk chicken which comes with dry dumpling and green peas inside with extremely hard beans which I’ve never seen before. Honestly It was a mockery of Chinese / Jamaican cuisine. Also, the zombie cocktail which I was told is ‘highly rated’ was even worse i wouldn’t give it a 1 star the only good thing about it was the a picture. The special fried rice was inedible if you have a good taste pallet. The alchemist in old street needs a change of chef because the food was not nice at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all.

Great cocktails and atmosphere, a gorgeous bar to relax in. Prices are high but well priced for the effort that goes into the drinks. love the place!

fantastic ambiance, would definitely go again ! Bit pricey but excellent value for money. lovely once in a while experience.

As per their page I used Facebook messenger to ask for a menu with prices as I was trying to budget for a large group.

No response!

A second message did get a reply finally but too late by then.

The food was excellent but very much let down by the environment.
The music was so loud it was difficult to hear over the table and the waitress who also struggled to hear the order was also lacking of training. Coming back 3 times because she forgot part of the order is not very impressive.

Despite us being significantly late for a reservation on valentine's day, management still managed to squeeze us in and ensured our night was not ruined which seems amazing considering they had a really busy schedule.

The staff are extremely helpful and offered table service for cocktails, even pouring table water for us once we had been seated. Additionally, they are pleasant, approachable and down to earth and are always asking if they can do anything more for the customers.

The food served on the night was amazing and we had -No- issues with anything served to us on the night. The drinks are one of a kind and are made by talented bar staff.

Would 100% recommend trying this place for a date or even a night out.
