Been using cheeky panda for a few years now and just love the quality of everything. The toilet paper is great, the kitchen roll brilliant and the baby wipes also great. Love that it comes in bulk so you can just forget about buying it for a while and honestly it saves you loads compared to buying the crappy stuff from the supermarket.

Easy to order, great delivery, really good products

We love this company and not just the toilet paper! Our whole family absolutely love the dry wipes because we can moisten them with our own purified water and essential oils of our choosing, They have a multitude of other uses too of course. We've even used them to wax (natural of course) our freshly sanded furniture. They work a treat. Not to mention that they are perfect for cleaning and so much more. We also appreciate the sturdy boxes they come in which protects our products and also come in very handy for packing things up to post or for passing onto others who are moving etc. Nothing gets wasted. And, the customer service is first class too. What's there not to like? 😊

Been getting cheeky panda loo roll, tissues, pocket tissues and kitchen roll for years now. I love it. Soft and absorbent when it needs to be.

Customer service is 5-star. Dorota picked up my request over the weekend, dealt with the issue and followed it through fully. She was amazing - solved it all and no more worry. I wish all customer service staff were like Dorota

I switched to the new larger rolls, they are lasting a lot longer and it looks like I'll save a lot of money. The box is large but if you have room it's a no brainer.

Strong, absorbent, sheets no smaller than standard - for the most part- I've had a few rolls with quite a number of sheets substantially smaller than the others.
I was very disappointed to find the cardboard tube in the middle was very wide, and much much more substantial than necessary, considering these rolls are meant to be an environmentaly sound alternative!

I like this product and I have had a subscription for several years, but I have finally hit the wall on their so-called sustainability. Every package comes double box in brand new cardboard boxes completely unnecessarily. The amount of fossil fuel it takes to deliver all of these double boxes and to create all of these double boxes is just not acceptable. I'm sorry to have to give up that nice bamboo product, but I am not going to buy from you anymore because of your rediculous packaging

I have a regular subscription for the bamboo toilet paper - I'd never go back to the usual paper, since bamboo toilet paper is simply superior (and doesn't chafe the nose when used as tissue in hayfever season;). Cheeky Panda is high quality and the service and website are easy to use. Highly recommend it and if you get together with some neighbours for the regular subscription you can bring the cost down - win/win!

I can recommend this company. As well as an excellent product, they also offer excellent customer service , as I recently discovered. Once made aware of the issue, I was contacted very quickly and everything was sorted . Well done to the team.

Great products with flexible deliveries. Excellent customer service when you do need to contact them. I'm a subscriber, regularly purchasing toilet rolls, tissues and kitchen roll. I recently had issues with the courier, Evri, and my toilet roll subscription was delayed & eventually lost/returned (it's unclear from Evri which). I messaged Cheeky Panda and the lovely Dorota dealt with the problem. First she sent a replacement but, as that was also sent with Evri, it suffered the same fate. I later learnt Evri currently have no agent in my area and so aren't delivering any parcels from any supplier in our postcode area. Dorota was straight on the case again and sent me a second replacement as a priority shipment with another courier which arrived exactly when she said it would. Super service from Dorota and Cheeky Panda, exactly what is needed on the very rare occasion you have a problem and need to contact them! And the products are great!
