This company has been amazing for us. First off we love the toilet paper. We have been using it for several years now. I switched because I didn’t like the way regular toilet paper was packaged in plastic. And the more research I did I found out Bamboo is better.
Recently Cheeky Panda switched delivery services. Unfortunately we live remotely and can only receive UPS or FedEx. Our package was returned. Cheeky Panda was awesome in help tracking my order and making sure it was delivered to the correct location. They checked in through the entire process. They are a great company and provide great customer service :)

I have used Cheeky Panda for quite a while now. Good products, good service and easy to order. I have used other eco friendly brands but much prefer Cheeky Panda.

I’ve been using The Cheeky Panda for years. It’s great toilet paper, quality stuff, I prefer buying it like this rather than remember buying some at the supermarket. The customer service is great too as whenever I had to get in touch or cancel they are quick to answer on emails and always help. That is a huge plus for me.

I bought toilet rolls from you because I love the idea that it's made from bamboo instead of paper. But I don't love the toilet roll. I'll keep it and use it sometimes, but I'm going back to the recycled, cushioned, supermarket own-brand toilet paper that I like.

The customer service was fantastic. There was a shipping delay, and when I wrote to ask about it, their customer service department was in touch quickly to help me resolve it. It still took several weeks to get my order, so their shipping issues might still need to be resolved, but I was pleased that someone was ready to work with me and make sure I received my order. It was my first time ordering from The Cheeky Panda, but the quality of the tissues and their great customer service ensure this won't be my last order.

Good products, consistent quality, 100% bamboo, reduced packaging where possible...scores well on eco- friendly criteria for source, content and production.
Excellent customer service, prompt, courteous, responsive, approachable. A couple of minor glitches to delivery and payment systems were rapidly sorted out.
Website sometimes a tad clunky but I understand the company are working on this.

A friend used the products so I ordered the toilet roll. Came in its box no plastic wrapping. Happy with the product. Will order again.

This isn't a review of the products which I use and love. It's a review of the response to a complaint about delivery.
We order their products for work and have had issues with Evri losing an order time after time. It's been a long running issue with all sorts of things when it's Evri because the driver who covers our area is a nightmare.
On the latest order, the website promised the order would be sent Royal Mail tracked 48 - so I was happy to buy direct from them. Alas, it was once again sent with Evri.
I emailed to complain and was advised that they'd sent an email out to customers a couple of weeks ago saying they'd be changing up their logistics.
What the hell has that got to do with anything? And who reads all their spam in case there's vital info in there that they might need in a fortnight?

I expect a website's delivery information to be accurate.

Sadly this means I'll just go back to getting their stuff via amazon. I prefer to try and deal with people direct but not if they can't be trusted.

Since my original review I've received a very helpful reply thank you so have given my experience a higher rating.
I've been a subscriber for a while and love their products but don't know what's happened to their customer care recently. When bringing forward a subscription I wanted to apply one of the discount codes to my order but couldn't see how to from my mobile app. It didn't work so ended up paying £5 more than I should. I tried multiple times to contact customer service (initially straight after the order) with one reply finally saying the code had been applied to my future September order which I didn't find acceptable. Despite me emailing multiple times asking for a refund for this amount I still haven't received a reply and if I don't receive a reply within the next few days I will be cancelling my subscription and going elsewhere. A shame because customer service used to be brilliant.

This is a great company. Their products are excellent and the customer service is exceptionally good. It's reassuring to know from the WHICH report that the claims that their loo roll is 100% bamboo are completely true. So you can trust what they say and feel good about helping the planet.

The products I've used (toilet and kitchen roll) are very effective and if they are less climate-damaging than others, what's not to like?
