Very professsionnal staff and good quality products

I needed more detail on the structure of a rug as the webpage image was not very sharp. Sue went the extra mile to obtain additional images from the shop (where one was on display) and responded promptly within the day. Although I decided against purchasing the rug, it was great to have a living-breathing human with a real understanding of customer service dealing with queries, not AI.

I was very very disappointed with the service from Conran. I had been told by an assistant at the Marylebone branch that although my gift voucher had an expiry date that it would be honoured even though it was past its expiry date. However, on presenting my expired voucher I was told by the assistant at the Sloane Square branch that my voucher had expired and there was nothing that could be done. Customer Service gave me the same information. I find this conflicting information very confusing and will never buy any gift vouchers from The Conran Shop again!!

Extremely professional and provided prompt resolution of our request. Very impressed.

Ethan and Sue were extremely helpful in understanding the problem with a faulty Roto light. Also very quick to dispatch a replacement.

I have been looking for a specific colour cushion for ages, and I found the very thing on the Conran shop website. As I have not purchased from this store before I was a little hesitant but I shouldn’t have been. The item was delivered quickly in great packaging, and the cushion is gorgeous! It looks fabulous against others I have in my home. Well done!

I bought a gift for my cousin while she was in the shop with me. The person who assisted me was excellent at keeping the transaction discrete so that it would just be between her and myself. She had the foresight to come over to my cousin and I to ask if she could assist us after I had completed the transaction. Which I thought was a brilliant idea because it threw my cousin off any chance of suspicion. The gentleman who delivered the gift was so helpful and very polite. I would highly recommend Conran to anyone who is looking to buy a unique piece of furniture or knickknack. Their selection is outstanding. I wish we had Conran in Canada. 🇨🇦

Way beyond expectation and offered help with great humour and efficiency. I had made an error previously with an order - the stupidity was all mine. Ethan rescued me from threatening penury had the order gone through (nothing like a little exaggeration). More soberly, this was exceptional service.

Ethan was incredibly helpful when our moving company lost the legs to a sofa we had purchased years earlier from The Conran Shop. Even though they no longer stocked the sofa, he was kind enough to track down the original supplier and find the parts for us. Amazing customer service.

Conran is determined to remain one of the premier design stores. Although much has changed since the store was sold and the concept dramatically adjusted, the service, atmosphere and much of product range remain good/interesting.

Bought Pelham Footstool ex-display at reduced price. Delivery by Wincanton was very good but the fabric was damaged because the upholstered top had been flipped over to pack it against the velcro bands on the base. Silly error by whoever put it in the box. Hence only 4 stars. Sorted quickly and professionally by Ethan in Customer Services. A technician came to us and made it look (almost) perfect. Finding how to get help on the website was a bit clunky - and a bit confusing to deal with IT Help when it was a customer service issue.

I have never worked with anyone more efficient and kind over email than with Ethan; what an asset he is to the Conran shop, thank you once again!

We bought a sofa from the London showroom 5 years ago. Within 6 months of purchase we found the legs were bending - they tried sending us a couple of new legs but this is a design fault with the way the legs screw into the sofa. We initially did not have a good response from customer service, and were resting the sofa on a log. But after posting on Trustpilot we then were connected with the wonderful Ethan from Conran who arranged for a different type of leg to be fitted which has overcome the fault. We are now very happy with the sofa. Thanks for restoring our faith in Conran and giving us a sofa which will now last for years!
