Excellent Service, Great Purchase
Niloufer is a very helpful and efficient salesperson. It was a pleasure doing business with her. Because I bought items in clearance, I was happy to note that the Conran Shop actually charged very reasonable delivery charges rather than their usual unreasonably extortionate delivery charges for regular purchases. The goods were delivered the next day as promised. Finally, the Knoll Saarinen Tulip chairs I bought were precisely as described and are a fabulous purchase at an excellent price.

irresponsible packaging
ordered an A3 picture frame in the sale and its very nice, but i have a gripe with the packaging - absolutely ludicrous amount of packing in a huge box that the poor courier could hardly carry. when I saw the box i assumed they had sent me something in error, but no - its was just one picture frame in an enormous box. all the packaging will probably nearly fill my entire recycling bin! this cannot be responsible - the frame itself was very securely packed in its own tight box, with foam inside, it could been safely sent as a much smaller parcel

Super Responsive and Efficient Customer Service
I spotted a beautiful vase at the Conrad Shop in Paris and it was out of stock some days after so I emailed the support team. They were incredibly responding and helpful, kuddos to Megan in particular who was patient, caring, efficient and wonderful at her job!

Exporting to EU from Brexit Britain can be tricky...
I bought a rug online for £840 to be delivered to Ireland. There was a bit of confusion about shipping costs and the like but the Conran team worked through the issues and delivered, not only the rug, but exceptional customer service. Many thanks to all concerned.
