Parts department lets them down
Parts department lets them down. Two messages left to order filters without a callback. Eventually got through by pressing option for Sales.
When I did speak with Sales they helped and goods arrived as promised after ordering online.
The hot tub we bought is okay but nowhere near the spec of the one that was originally advertised and we wanted.

Hi Andy, thank you for your review: I have tried to contact you by phone and text message – but unfortunately I've been unsuccessful so far.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused: we record all our phone calls and messages which does allow a clear insight to such instances. I can see a singular voicemail left and I apologise if this was not followed up with our usual speed - it has been a busy time and occasionally delays may occur. I can see we have managed to speak to you following this and successfully ship your order – and we made a secondary courtesy call the following day. I do hope we get the chance to thoroughly discuss: my direct number is 01253 599330.
Best wishes, Ross @ The Hot Tub Superstore
My 2nd hot tub
Finally had my legend 4 Spa delivery!
Phil & Dave were awesome fair play! Very professional and explained everything not that I needed it? As this is my 2nd hot tub from the hottub super store. Can't complain about anything! The aftersales are so helpful not that I've had any issues with the previous hottub only the odd seal I had to order as my first tub lasted 10 years and was still going good only I thought I'd upgrade? Would recommend this company to anyone 5 stars from thank you so much vic South Wales.
