Fast delivery, competitive pricing
Fast delivery with competitive pricing on chemicals/maintenance consumables. One star deducted due to inadequate packaging. The bromine tablets had burst through the re-purposed box which means the tablets are more damaged than would normally be the case. Otherwise very positive experience.

Antwoord van The Hot Tub Superstore
Hi Christopher, thank you for the feedback. I apologise for the damage sustained; we do often use re-purposed boxes to minimise waste - however we will look into this. Please let me/the team know if the tablets are OK to use/store - we're happy to supply more if required.
Best wishes, Team HTS.

Great communication
From start to finish was easy to arrange on-line service of our hot tub with new cover (the old one has lasted over 10yrs) it’s taken a couple of days from receipt of photos and arrangements are now in place to complete the service and fit new cover next week so fast turn around. Excellent communication . Will write another one after the service has been complete n the new cover is in place .

Excellent service
Excellent service, I contacted the maintenance department who helped diagnose and troubleshoot the problem I was having. Unfortunately for me I needed a new pump which luckily they could replace the next day. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Other parts I ordered were delivered in 24 hours.
