Liked the chicken but wasn’t impressed with the £20 box

The meat was packed very nicely it was nice and cold when it arrived and very quickly delivered and on time too we had the burgers but I was not keen on them. That’s the only thing at least we tried them. I gave the other burgers for family to try so they didn’t get wasted but everything else looks very nice. We have not tried anything else yet.

DPD delivered to wrong address, called them advised can't do anything . Raised dispute with Tom @ The Meatman who was extremely helpful and offered refund or replace. 2 stars due to DPDs error. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time they have messed orders up for me (only the one with this company).
The picture showed the meat left outside whoevers front door in the direct heat of the sun.

The meat is lovely and good value for money and fast delivery the courier s are normally great and bring my meat to my front door as I am disabled this time the courier left it in the communal hall where it could of got stolen

Delivered on time in tip top condition. The meat was excellent quality and very tasty.

I didn’t receive my order and all attempts to contact have been ignored

Oh dear, how sad, never mind.

The reality is that the email that they claim to have sent still hasn’t arrived, just like my order.

The photographs show a delivery note stating that I had refused the delivery. There was no attempted delivery. This is a lie. The second photograph shows a box that has sustained catastrophic damage. It looks as if it’s been torn open in order to justify the failure to deliver.

If the first photograph contains a bare faced lie why would I believe the second?

I had to chase for an explanation. No contact whatsoever was received from the company despite protestations to the contrary.

Oh, and the refund?

That’ll take up to ten days.

Great easy service, great customer service happy to answer question, good quality meats and arrived when expected.

Meat is so fresh and beautiful

The chicken was prepared to perfection, sealed, fresh and was reasonably priced.

I also ordered the steak, and although I mistakenly expected two fillets from.the image I realized upon arrival that it consisted of only one.

Overall very satisfied - slightly pricey.

Delivery on time, meat looks fresh. Had the turkey joint and it was sooo tasty. I’m not a massive fan of turkey but this was lovely. Will hopefully be the same with the other meat. Thank you ☺️

Excellent quality in your products

Shame the whole shopping was thawned and had to cook everything at one go and didn't like the fact ostrich was precooked.

UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY: Once a meat thawed you cannot refreeze it. Unless they stay at 5 degree Celsius or below. And clearly they weren't at that temperature. Yes your website says "they MAY thaw by the time delivery but safe to consume. Your website said MAY thaw, they were completely thawed. And your site doesn't say safe to re-freeze because it is not a safe thing to do.

Delivered on time, great quality food, knocks spots off supermarket meat.
