My son ( a student) ordered boots to the value of £160 from The Rugby Shop in October. The boots were dispatched, left in an unsafe place and subsequently disappeared. Contractually the Rugby Shop are obliged to deliver the boots to my son safely. They have taken my sons money but they have not fulfilled their obligations. They have neither sent a replacement pair of boots nor have they provided a refund. Having lost trust in this company, we have requested a refund on a number of occasions, however the company is now just ignoring our representations. The customer service that we have received from the Rugby Shop is appalling. My son has been financially disadvantaged and still has no boots! I cannot and would not recommend this business. Next stop for us is the small claims court...unless the Rugby Shop are willing to address its failure to meet its obligations..

After waiting 20 days for my rugby ball to be shipped, it was finally sent out, but only after I reached out several times. Surprisingly, there was no apology or explanation given!

i returned an unworn shirt, for them to reply that shirt was damaged, The return was signed for on 14th but has taken then 7 days to allege that top has damage. Refusing to replace or refund or investigate further. They have supplied two photographs of the returned item, each photograph is an image of the damage, however they show different extents and it is obvious from the second image that a staff member has manipulated the shirt to create further damage, Just an example of downright dishonesty and then the temerity to reply as they have beggars belief, I am definitely not the only customer to fall foul of this bunch of cowboys.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTs charlatans

It was my 1st time using The Rugby shop and I will definitely be using them again, I ordered 3 tops but my fault I ordered the wrong size I emailed them to let them know and that I wanted to just exchange them for next size, it was Natalie that dealt with my exchange and very helpful she was she emailed me to let me know that the exchange was done and my items where sent out and on there way to me, great service, great prices and very well run business already looking for my next purchase with The Rugby shop 👍

I purchased a pair of rugby boots for my son. The boots became defective after 3 sessions (a freak manufacturing issue). We contacted The Rugby Shop, they reviewed the boots and understood the problem, and they accepted that it was a manufacturing issue. They agreed to exchange the boots for another pair. The entire process took less than 10 days to resolve. Very satisfied with the service and response time.

What a great company to deal with. Initially purchased a pair of boots because they were very competitively priced.
Unfortunately the boots developed a problem and I have to say the after sales service I received has been outstanding.
Thanks so much, I will certainly be using you for future purchases and will be recommending your company to friends and family.
