It was my 2nd time ordering
It was my 2nd time ordering, so that made things go very quickly, but the phone interview follow up is probably the best part. Both times I've ordered, the agent was very good about asking the right questions. This particular time, my center rail was at 1/3 height and I thought I was OK with it, but after discussing on the phone realized that I really wanted a center rail. I would not have considered changing that decision previously and was thankful for the interchange.

The ordering transaction was fine…
The ordering transaction was fine overall, but the order completion wasn't. The wrong-sized frame (nearly a foot off) was shipped and getting it corrected was a chore, with multiple emails and calls required to generate attention to their error. I was ultimately assured a correct frame would be expedited. That didn't happen and, nearly three weeks later, I am awaiting its arrival.
