This company is great
This company is great. This is my fourth time ordering from them, the first being a few years ago. We’ve ordered tier on tier, cafe style and full height and we love them all. The instructions are easy to understand, they call to confirm and make suggestions which you can take or not. I appreciate that they really want you to be happy with your purchase. They are a bit pricey and the sales aren’t quite as good lately, but everything else has gone up too, so it’s understandable. That being said, as long as they don’t get too expensive, I am sure I will be ordering again.

This company (The Shutter Store) has the best customer service I have encountered in a very long time. I was so nervous about ordering custom shutters online because if measurements are not exact, then they will not fit your windows. I called them 2-3 times and always was treated wonderfully and can't wait to see the finished vinyl ones I order for my shower.
