Patient customer Service
So far this has been a positive experience. My window trim was difficult to measure (wood profile) but consultant Bernice made the task workable. I am so excited for delivery day and hopeful for installation day as well. I like the choices I was given to select from especially the wood stain option. All the other companies only offered white shutters. I also appreciate the wood option. Thank you for being very patient with me through the entire process.

This will be my second time ordering plantation shutters to install. The customer service is great and the shutters are good quality. They are made to order and so I triple check my measurements. I hope to purchase more shutters in the future.

Great customer service
I really like that they contacted me the next day and we discuss the entire order. They to verify pay, for whatever reason I did not get the conf. email. I received a call and it was resent and I was able to do that. The communication/customer service is amazing. Now I am just waiting on my shutters.

Poor voice mail message
When I called to inquire about my order, the message did not say the name The Shutter Store. Instead just said to leave a message which I did. When I did not get a call back for a few hours I called again and the message repeated over and over without any chance for me to record my message.
