Positive experience
The company agent was knowledgeable, forthcoming with information, polite, and pleasant. Keomi (spelling?) responded by phone to me in a timely way. I made a stupid mistake on my shutter order and she assured me it would be cleared up. All in all my experience so far with the company was extremely positive. Excellent Quality and Service – Highly Recommend
I've been using natural wood shutters from The Shutter Store for over three years now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The shutters are beautifully crafted, and the quality has truly stood the test of time. They continue to look great and function perfectly.
While there was a delay in delivery due to pandemic-related supply chain issues, the wait was well worth it. Installation was straightforward, and the shutters fit perfectly according to the measurements I provided.
One of the shutter frames arrived damaged—likely during transit—but The Shutter Store handled it professionally and promptly. After reaching out to them, the damaged parts were replaced at no cost, which I really appreciated.
Overall, it’s been a very positive experience from start to finish. Great product, excellent customer service, and a company that stands behind what they sell. I highly recommend The Shutter Store!

A permanent investment
The ordering process was straightforward; a representative calls to make sure everything is correct before the order is actually booked. The shutters are not difficult to install, and required two people and a drill for the screws. A level is also important. They look amazing, filtering or blocking daylight, and very effective room darkening at night. I consider these a permanent investment in my home.
