Got three bed, great quality love them.

We ordered a large corner sofa. We love the aesthetic and received many compliments. Delivery took slightly longer than advertised but overall we are happy.

We recently ordered the Allure Ottoman Super King bed in cream from the Sofahaus and we are very impressed. The quality is excellent and it’s completely transformed the look of our bedroom. Delivery was handled by 3 team members who happily carried it upstairs and assembled it for us. They were polite, efficient, and did a brilliant job with the assembly on what is definitely a large bed to put together. I’d highly recommend choosing the assembly option as it will save you a hell of a lot of hassle. We love the bed and would definitely order again from the Sofa Haus.

We ordered the Majestic, full size headboard ottoman bed and we were really pleased with the delivery/assembly and quality of the product - the bed looks great 👍

Lovely sturdy bed. Communication not fantastic and the bed did come without delivery instructions but once it has arrived, it’s a lovely bed

Delivery was longer than expected .
Also wrong size screws was sent .

Wrong bed was delivered to what I ordered the headboard is completely different to what I ordered and paid for.

Bed is stunning however ordered it on the 28th October only got delivered today 6th December i emailed a few times to which i had no reply until i got a message saying it was out for delivery that was almost 2 weeks ago also there were no instructions on how to build it wife ended up going on a chat and managed to get instructions sent to her

very impressed with sofahaus the customer service was exceptional from upon receiving my delivery from start to finish i was updated threw out the process . definitely will be shopping again .

Company was great. Bed is stunning and mattress is so comfy! Only giving this 4* because I paid for the bed to be put into my bedroom and assembled together and they wouldn’t take the mattress upstairs because they said it’s too heavy for them to lift and left it in the kitchen. I mean if 2 men can’t carry it upstairs how is a single female able too? The mattress had to stay in the kitchen u till I could find and pay 2 other handymen to carry it upstairs and place into the bed frame for me. And I had to stay in my daughter’s bed with her until it was sorted.

Product delivered in line with the sample and order, assembled, packaging removed - ready to be used! 🤩

The bed is exactly like the photos and they even made the measurement smaller for me to fit it into my room. I got a tv bed and I am obsessed 😍 the couriers were great too when putting the bed up for me.

This company would have 1 star if the bed wasn’t as nice as it is. I ordered the majestic bed which honestly is lovely, looks great. The delivery guys were amazing and assembled the bed. However when bed was assembled I noticed the right side of the headboard had not been manufactured properly. The fabric was loose and the design was not correct on the right side of the headboard. I contacted the company on day it was delivered and this was the 15th Oct. They assured me a new headboard would be manufactured and sent out. I heard nothing from the company and on 28th Oct I managed to finally speak to someone and they confirmed it was still in production and would be delivered end of that week or early next week.
4 weeks later, no new headboard and ignoring any calls, voicemails and WhatsApp messages.

I paid a lot of money for this Super King bed and no contact is completely unacceptable.

I can confirm their beds are lovely but I wouldn’t buy from this company again and I would never recommend. What a shame!

I recently purchased the Allure Bed from Sofahaus, and it has completely transformed my bedroom. The design is modern, minimal, and elegant & exactly what I was looking for. The craftsmanship feels solid, with a sturdy frame that doesn’t wobble or creak, even after regular use.
Assembly was straightforward, and all the parts were well-packaged and clearly labeled. I especially appreciate the quality of the upholstery, it looks high-end and feels durable. Comfort-wise, the bed provides excellent support, and it complements my mattress perfectly.
Sofahaus’s customer service was also smooth and responsive, which made the whole buying experience stress-free.
Overall, the Allure Bed is stylish, well-made, and worth the purchase. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their bedroom with something beautiful and reliable.

Great product

Received our bed - we haven’t put this up yet as our house move has been delayed. Sofa Haus dealt with my concerns about delivery times of the bed quickly and efficiently, when I contacted customer service on multiple occasions they were responsive and provided me with timely updates. On our delivery day we were called by the drivers and they delivered it well.

Hopefully when we put the bed up we love it. I will be in further contact with sofa haus to discuss our aftercare 😃

Ordered an allure bed, arrived slightly later than expected, spoke with Adam and he assured me he would rectify this immediately. The bed arrived the following day, immaculate condition and overall impressed.

I recently ordered from Sofahaus and although there was some confusion with the delivery at first, the manager stepped in quickly and resolved the issues. I really appreciate the effort made to sort everything out.

As for the product itself, I’m very happy with the quality. It looks lovely in my children’s room and fits the space perfectly. Overall, despite the initial hiccup, I’m pleased with both the service and the final result.
