We ordered the Damian Sofa Range (2 sofas, 2 chairs plus footstool) and a Chesterfield Bed on 26 August 2025 from The Sofahaus. We got a message on 20 September advising the bed would be delivered the next week and our sofas delivered the following week. The bed arrived & we’re very happy with the quality of it, however, we have had no further advice from Sofahaus regarding the sofas. We have tried calling, emailing, sending messages via WhatsApp and social media and had no response to-date (now 29 October). We are very worried that we will not get them at all as nobody at Sofahaus is responding to us. We don’t know what else to do to reach out but we really love the sofas and hope someone can get in touch to update us. If anyone at Sofahaus reads this & can update us on Order 1993, we would be very grateful.

My bed was delivered with the screws missing. I’m still waiting over 1 week later for the screws to be sent out to me. I paid for assembly and so will now have to wait even longer for the bed to
be assembled. Terrible customer service. No one replies to emails and I have managed to get through on the phone only once.

Update: After finally receiving the screws and having the bed assembled, I am happy with the bed. Great quality and looks beautiful in my room. Assembly guys were very efficient too.

Ordered a Maddison bed .Came today within the time slot of 3/6.Both delivery guys were very polite and put together the bed in no time at all.Getting hold of Sofahaus was a bit of a problem but once we did the service was A1.

The Sofahaus has been outstanding from start to finish. The quality of the beds is amazing – solid, stylish, and incredibly comfortable – all at very reasonable prices. Delivery and assembly were completely effortless, making the whole process stress-free.

What impressed me even more was the customer service after purchase. Any small queries I had were dealt with promptly and professionally, showing real care for their customers even beyond the sale. A truly seamless experience – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Sofahaus to anyone looking for quality, value, and excellent service.

I purchased two beds from Sofahaus - the Allure Bed (primary bedroom) and the Cosy Boucle Bed (guest bedroom) and have been in receipt of both beds for 3 months (at the time of this review). Both beds are as pictured/described and are built well! I am so super happy with my purchase and impressed with the quality.

Customer Service were also very responsive.

Bed lovely 5 stars for that, but communication and delivery time not so good, but would still order again.

The delivery drivers were rude. Denied responsibility for building bed, despite I had paid for it and showed them evidence. An unpleasant argument followed.
Poor quality assembly and stain left on furniture. All rubbish left behind. This reflects badly on the company and I need you to contact me. Photos available.

We purchased two bed frames from The Sofahouse and both were amazing. Very happy with our purchase, second delivery was within a week which was great.
Definitely recommend.

3 Stars Overall for the Experience of Shopping with Sofahaus.
The 3 stars is purely for the product itself. The bed purchased is high quality, its sturdy and screams luxury.
Where Sofahaus drops a couple stars is the customer service and overall operations. We purchased the bed mid July and received a confirmation email. Then nothing for about 10 days. I made contact through WhatsApp and received a phone call with delivery date and time frame - no confirmation emails to confirm it, no messages, just a call. The bed didn’t turn up that day it turned up the day after, the delivery team straight off the bat told us they didn’t have the solid bed base we paid extra for, and they weren’t able to assemble it. Over the following week I was given misinformation, ignored at times and broken promises.
I can handle a mix up with the delivery, I can wait a couple extra days for the bed to be assembled, what I don’t like is the no communication. I had to constantly message and call and chase. We finally got the correct parts today and it took about 20 mins for the team to assemble the bed.
All I needed was a call from Sofahaus to say we’re dealing with your enquiry, we’re sorry about the mix up as soon as we have an update we’ll let you know- and then actually update me with the correct information. I’d rather have been contacted and no update given than just ignored. A 1 minute conversation is the difference between a 3 star and 5 star rating. It’s such a shame because the bed itself is beautiful, it was just a lot of hassle. If you pay for a luxury product you want that luxury service too.

Avoid This Company at All Costs – Ongoing Nightmare Since November 2024

I ordered an ottoman bed in a specific colour back in November 2024. What was delivered, however, was completely wrong — not only the wrong colour but also not even an ottoman bed. Since then, it’s been a continuous string of lies, delays, and unacceptable service.

After I posted my initial review, the company reached out and promised to resolve the issue. They sent a replacement — but once again, it was the wrong size and wrong colour. Unbelievably, the problem just got worse. I am now stuck with the wrong-sized side panels, and there is a 10-inch gap between the mattress and the footboard, making the bed practically unusable.

It is now July 2025, and the issue still has not been resolved. I have made countless calls and sent multiple messages, only to be met with excuses and false promises like "your bed will be delivered next week". That “next week” has never come.

This experience has been exhausting, frustrating, and entirely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and disappointment – avoid this company at all costs.

After seeing the instagram pictures my heart was set on the willow bed and i’m glad it did because it looks absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to receive the rest of my furniture.

I ordered a sofa from The Sofahaus and received a product that was damaged and incomplete. The covers were wrong, and a crucial part was missing. When I contacted customer service, I was met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Their representatives used inappropriate language and ignored my requests for help.

Eventually, they stopped replying altogether, leaving me with a defective product and no support. This company clearly has no regard for their customers. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

Looks exactly as I expected just like the picture.
