Fabric samples took slightly longer to arrive but made my decision on fabric and colour a lot easier. Other than that its a lovely product.

Pls pls don’t trust them delivery team very very unprofessional they broke my sofa didn’t assemble it even Adam said they will assemble then they came to deliver sofa after 8pm waiting for whole day. It’s a nightmare after calling n msging to them for a the whole week they said they will come between 9am to 10pm like the whole day time slot. Also delivery team n sofahaus is very unprofessional. It’s such a headache honestly one of the pathetic experiences of my life. We have furniture from many companies but this SOFAHAUSE is a nightmare

I orderd a bed from sofahaus. And I'm delighted with it, majestic bed, is true to picture. Quality bed, great fitting, nice colour. Very happy.

Just want to make a new review of this company I did have problems with delivery but van broke down an they done there best to get another van that evening the bed is excellent my wife loves it an the lads who fitted it were great 👍 so big thank you from us for sorting the problem 👌

The. Company has turned it around for us . I would not hesitate to use them . Once I had contacted them on what’s app they responded and kept in touch on delivery times etc . Beds turned up at time they said they would and they assembled them all very quickly . They look great and we are delighted with them . Thank you Sofahaus -once their customer service kicked in you cannot fault them .

Great customer service in the beginning however when there was a problem we’ve had no response. we paid extra on top of our bed to have alterations to the height upon delivery all looked great however when we went to set the bed up, we realised that the alterations had not been made. We are still without a bed as we don’t want to set it up until we get a replacement

Ordered two days ago and was with me last night brilliant service

Firstly, the bed is superb. Feels very solid, looks as expected. Very nice and happy with the product.

However, my experience as a customer was far from satisfactory. The initial delivery timeframe was missed, not a big deal, it happens.
Upon that delivery, the bed was put together very quickly by the couriers but they didn’t put the mattress on the bed which I did myself after they abruptly left.
This led me to realise the assembled bed was the incorrect size for my order.

Trying to get hold of sofahaus to address this was problematic. Slow responses or no response to emails or messages.

Once I was in contact, the team were helpful. They needed photo proof of the incorrect size and ordered a replacement.

This replacement was promised for the following week. This was not the case. After chasing I was then promised delivery for a set day, which was missed.
They didn’t tell deliver the following day after promting.

The courier this time round was excellent. He was no informed that he had to dismantle and remove the previous bed, but dealt with it and assembled the new one brilliantly.

I feel like this company has an excellent product and my experience may have just been a one off, but the logistics side of this business needs some work in my opinion.

Beautiful sofa the aurora ottoman corner chaise end it’s solid feels very comfortable and made the room looks expensive very happy with the sofa

Absolutely love the Allure Bed from The Sofahaus! It's so luxurious and comfortable. The quality is fantastic, and it adds that finishing touch to the bedroom. Worth every penny, highly recommended!

Communication was great at the beginning, very accommodating in terms of delaying my delivery date as my house wasn’t ready.
However, the external courier companies they use are dreadful and unreliable, on two separate ocassions, the delivery day and time frame was confirmed but no one showed up considering I cancelled events and waited in and planned my whole move around this delivery date. There was no communication on both days from either couriers, just blanked and ignored even though both confirmed the day and time the day before.

I was beginning to think was this a scam but then on the afternoon I received a message to say they were delivering at 6pm that day. At this point I just accepted any day and time as I just wanted my bed frame.

The bed frame was delivered and the bed looked exactly like the images on their website so I am happy with the end product. Just a shame the delivery side let you guys down.

Top quality bed at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use this company again for future purchases.

So happy with the quality of my bed and the ease of putting it up, they managed to get me the bed in just 4 workings days when their delivery is 5-10! Great communication and customer service helped me when I had questions! The bed was so well priced for the quality I’m beyond happy, order from this company you will not be disappointed!!!

I just want to say how amazing this company has been from the very first phone call. Very professional, very polite, and nothing was every an issue. We wanted the headboard for the bed making a bespoke size to fit the bedroom wall and they we're more than happy to help. Talked us through the options avaliable and got to work straight away. We have literally just took delivey of the bed 1 hour ago and couldnt wait to share my experience with everyone. Please dont worry or hesitate when wanting to place the order! trust me you will be extramly happy with the servive. the over all turn around took 8 days to manufacture take delivery. I honestly couldn't ask for a more beautiful bed and company to use in future.

This definitely won't be my last order from them I will be looking for more beds sofas etc in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

OUTSTANDING Customer service. Had the wrong bed delivered, within a couple of weeks the replacement had been organised, dispatched and installed.

Wouldn’t use any other company, excellent prices and Adam in customer care responds on WhatsApp extremely quick with regular updates on your order. Nothing is too much for these people.
