After a very stressful experience with my previous car, I spent a long time researching and comparing different vehicles before deciding on an MG ZS. Buying another car felt like a big decision, so having someone knowledgeable and patient to guide me through the process made all the difference.

Ranj at Thurlow Nunn Luton was fantastic from start to finish. He took the time to answer my many questions and never made me feel pressured or silly for asking them. I really appreciated his patience, honesty and genuine willingness to help.

The whole process was straightforward and well organised. Communication was excellent throughout, and Ranj kept me updated at every stage. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth, reassuring and enjoyable.

I'm delighted with my MG ZS and would happily recommend Ranj at Thurlow Nunn Luton to anyone looking for a new or used car. The customer service was excellent, the professionalism outstanding, and the no-pressure approach was genuinely refreshing.

Thurlow Nunn Great Yarmouth were great because the vehicle that had for sale was a great price but it was at their Luton site but they arranged for it to be delivered to Great Yarmouth with no pressure to buy. Helpful and took time to look at the cars with you and answered any questions

Well after previous reviews about Thurlow Nunn have been positive, but for quite simple work , I have now had a very bad experience with them as after doing my cambelt/waterpump done as a preventative maintenance , but the heater matrix failed a few months later and also had oil in the coolant which they seemed to not be able to clear as I picked the vehicle up in the late morning and broke down later that night and did manage to get home and take back the next morning, but they then had my vehicle for the next 3/4 months after replacing parts and not getting the vehicle running correctly and then no contact with me at all for my mental health I part exchanged my vehicle which they told the part exchange garage to be careful as will need an engine and still awaiting a complaint I filed and hence losing financially on this vehicle with there inexperience and hence why the review to warn other people and still paying for repairs when I no longer own the vehicle as definitely failings here , this was the branch at KINGS LYNN, I had never had such an experience and would never buy a Peugeot or Vauxhall for this reason, even though I would like a new MG , but wouldn’t trust this garage and still no repercussions for KINGS LYNN as bought a Ford from another Thurlow Nunn branch , which there head office is blaming this review for , it’s the first time had problems with this garage as we bought a Vauxhall Grandland which they failed to do the bodywork on before we picked it up as they only seem to be bothered about reviews and took over a year to get a spare key as someone stole ours so not an isolated incident and you still get no formal response from the company for my financial loss ??

No response to calls, emails, their own chat service promises contact and nothing
Their own customer resolution service just send a holding email and that’s it
Would never buy from them again and would never recommend them to anyone
Things go wrong and I accept that but to ignore a customer who has a legitimate issue is appalling

A most painful experience based on Hyundai as the manufacturer. Car ordered in January with delivery promised February or early March. Finally delivered late June with countless broken promises on the way, vehicle colour change and then delivered with incorrect number plates. A painful experience from start to finish,

Byeing my first car from Thurlow nunn mk,following my eldest daughter who had just bought a car aswell from Josh who was amazing, there was no pressure selling ,so friendly and helpful. Also did have an issue after driving away.But was resolved in 24hrs and truly such a thoroughly enjoyable experience dealing with Josh and Steve at Thurlow nunn

Price came in lower than estimated, also duration of repairs were shorter than expected. Friendly service and very professional

Welcoming staff, Steve was always polite and answered any questions we had, accommodated a test drive, made sure all repairs and service was complete.

After a good start with my first brand new Hyundai, my second one had a fault after just 12 months. I was repeatedly ignored, told there was no issue, and then made to wait months at a time to get appointments only to find out the now 18 month old car needed a new clutch plate. After complaining to Hyundai UK I got an appointment within 1 week, not the 9 weeks that Thurlow Nunn promised was the only available option. My complaint email directed to the branch in Northampton is yet to receive a response after several weeks. Meanwhile I've received many marketing emails inviting me to sales events and telling me how amazing they are. The only decent person at this company is the girl on the service desk reception who could do better at any other workplace than this. I 100% do not recommend Thurlow Nunn OR Hyundai.
