Very happy with this company indeed. The old boiler had been serviced by Terry and his team for about 2 years but I sought their advice about boiler renewal as it was dated. Terry is great at keeping in touch and advising the best approach. The team visited a few times to advise as it is an old house with multiple extensions and I am very happy with the new boiler. James who fitted the boiler is brilliant. He kept me updated on the phone and on all occasions has been at the door at the stated time. James is really good about explaining what is being done and why. Great job. Thanks again.

You can tell a good service when there is a problem.
I had my annual boiler service done today and a slight issue was found. Issue was resolved immediately and the engineer Kai went out of his way to make sure the system was in good order (could have re-booked but went and got the part instantly to resolve the issue and save me money - I am a little out of the way so appreciated immensely).
Transparency excellent and cost is certainly good value for money.
Kai demonstrated his knowledge, was extremely polite, showed his gas safe card willingly and even took his shoes off without having to ask.
If you are looking for a professional service, no hassle, good value for money - look no further.

I moved into a house where the boiler was very old and parts could no longer be supplied for it anymore to fix it.
The house also still had the old water tank system in it to feed water to property.
When James visited and realised the boiler was beyond repair, I made the decision to get it replaced there and then. This was something I was hoping to do further in time as I planning a rear extension on the house. James was very helpful in his guidance as to a suitable replacement and that TM Hughes would come back with helping to move the boiler once the extension is done.
James and Dylan were professional, diligent and great at getting the new boiler system in and the old water tanks taken away. James was great on following up that I was satisfied that everything worked as it should and I was happy.
Overall TM Hughes provided a professional, fast and extremely helpful service and would recommend them to anyone.

We needed a new boiler to be fitted and decided on TM Hughes. They quoted me on 2 different size boilers due to the underfloor heating we are having fitted. I asked them to proceed with the larger boiler even though it was about £1000 dearer. He did some due diligence and calculations and then rang back to say the smaller boiler would be good enough to handle what we required so we did not need to spend the extra money. You dont often get honesty and service like that. The Boiler was fitted by Alex who did a great job and was very neat and tidy. I will definitely use them again.

TM Hughes were contacted on 27th February regarding help with the urgent replacement of a gas boiler. Within a few hours of the contact, a Senior Plumber, Dylan Kelley visited the premises and assessed the requirements. The following day, TMHughes provided a competitive quotation.

The work (& other plumbing extras) was completed politely, amicably and professionally in 2 days - with the replacement boiler commissioned and working by close of play on the 2nd February.

This impressive service was achieved by early starting and intensive activity throughout the weekend. Many thanks!

Had to have our boiler replaced at short notice, TM Hughes and Son were able to offer a quote on the day contacted and attended to fit the new boiler less than a week later. A second issue arose during the fitting and this was able to be dealt with on the day with efficiency and transparency. Terry was a pleasure to deal with, at every stage making us aware of the costs and offering ways to mitigate expense where possible. Hello everyone, i wanted to share my experince with the company. During my home visit yesterday to my elderly patient a young man called Ki arrived to help the elderly couple with not having any heating. The couple had turned their boiler off due to a strange noise. Ki reassured the couple, he explained what had gone wrong without blame. He was so attentive and didnt seem to mind repeating himself with the how best he can resolve the issue. He took his time to give the couple options on how to limit this happening again. He done this a few times, and done it with such empathy. He even made sure someone is able to check in with them in a few days time. It was like watching a grandson caring for his grandparents. This experience gave me such warmth and hope in the service this company gives. Infact i will now be encouraging others to use this company including myself. What a credit to his family and company.

First class service. James and Kai were extremely respectful under difficult circumstances. They were efficient and worked solidly for the time they were here. I would definitely use the company again and have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.

Terry and his team were outstanding in every respect. So professional, went above and beyond for us with a couple of urgent plumbing issues we had over recent weeks and just can't speak highly enough of them. Not the type to leave reviews but wanted to because really appreciate what they've done for us and they way in which they've done it.

Fantastic service. Needed help with underfloor heating. Not only fixed the issue, explained how to prevent it, and how to fix it myself should the issue reoccur.
