I ordered a hard cover unit and it was easily installed; looks great on my Tundra. Had a minor issue that was taken care of pretty quickly.

It took a couple of weeks for the cover to become available due to a back order at BAK. Once that was settled, the cover was shipped right away via FedEx. FedEx admitted they lost the cover half way to my destination somewhere in Ohio. I got in touch with tonneaucovered.com and they tracked it down and it was delivered that week!

I HAVE PURCHEAED A COUPLE OF THESE ROLL UP BED COVERS AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THEM AND THEY WERE QUICK TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I RECOMMEND THEM 100%. JOE W

I am still waiting after 1 month. I will be cancelling my order. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks for delivery and I still do not have my tonneau cover. Do not trust this company.

The folks at TonneauCovered were absolutely amazing to work with. I had 2 different orders, from 2 different manufacturers, and ironically, both had issues(from the shipper, not TonneauCovered), and the folks at TonneauCovered were there to help the entire way to get everything resolved - not once did they make excuses, they just helped! Although you do get the best price possible from them, they don't short-change you on the "after the sale". I can honestly tell you I wasn't expecting this level of service, but you can't go wrong using them for anything they sell! Best prices and really the best service, for sure!

I'm a 73 year old, I received the Roll and Lock unit on June 1, I called my Buddy another 70 + guy and we installed the unit in less than 2 hrs. Could not believe how easy it came together,

I purchased Amp Research Power Steps. The good customer reviews brought me to this site. Now I know why they have great customer reviews!!I’ve never experienced the degree of excellent customer service that was provided by Peter. We traded emails that he answered promptly. I had a few questions that were not only answered promptly but they also provided additional assistance for installation of the power side steps I ordered. This was an awesome experience and I cant wait to order something else from them in the future!! I highly recommend them!!!

We got the cover in excellent condition, brand new, packaged very well. The price was better then on Amazon. Easy to install. I recommend this product!

Asking for review before shipping......that’s right it’s been 2 weeks now. Try to improve your shipping schedule then maybe you’ll get a better review.

Sales person who helped me was very cordial and I got a great price on the Bakflip cover.

You may get a low price but you will get ZERO support if your product comes in wrong or damaged. They immediately throw up their hands and send you to the manufacturer. I ordered a Retrax PowertTraxPRO. The cover came in bent and oversized. After speaking with their "customer service", he had me take dozens of photos only to say call retrax... Retrax asked 3 questions and sent the replacement.

After expressing my concern to Peter at TonneausCovered, I was told to shop local.

Won't be doing business with them again.

I have not received my tonneau cover, so I wonder why you ask for this review at this time. Please until I receive and install my cover. Shipping has told me I won’t get it until the end of March or the beginning of April.
