Will defenitly buy from tonneaucover again. Love the Bakflip MX4

My experience was good. Best price! I am awaiting the notification that it has shipped. I thought it was going to be sooner.

The buying process was really quick and customer service was to thank for that, they are great. Got me the best price by a mile and got it shipped and delivered within about a week. Super happy with how everything went.

No follow up when issues occurred after delivery despite repeated attempts to contact Tonneaucovered.com Had to go directly to manufacturer.

Quick customer service and very competitive prices.

Received the cover in less than a week, great service and great buying experience.

Talk about a shyster company, shaun, peter, brendan, frank ward the partner. all of them are babies, they sit back and laugh because they have your money, two months and my tonneau never arrived, when I complained they said they would cancel, but.....wheres my money????? they are liars, stay away!!!!!!!!!

This company has issues. They are the middle man and don't seem to communicate with the vendors or customers. I ordered a Retraxpro mx from tonneaucovered.
The sales guy was knowledgeable (but not completely, I'll come back to that) and recommend the Retrax which was a good choice. I put the order in and was told, by him, that it would take 5 to 7 days.
After 2 weeks, I emailed customer service about my product. They did respond back that it's usually 10 to 15 business days on my product. I was ok with that but a little concern that I have to contact them not visa versa (which most competent companies do).
On the 16th business day, I emailed them again about the delivery of the product. They responded that they contacted the company and it would be delivered the next week.
The next week comes and goes and nothing happens. On Sunday of the 4th week I am pulling into my driveway and see 2 large boxes on my doorstep. I get my product. Had a few issues installing, my trucks bed is a GMC with carbon pro bed, which this product is not supposedly compatible (the sales guy did not know or never asked about). I did get it installed because I think it's my fault and I'm just an idiot not that the product was not completely compatible. To be honest it looks and works great.
I went on the Retrax site to register my product and find out, on there website, that this cover is not compatible to my truck liner. I then contacted Retrax and we have been working through the issue (they have been responsive and great). The funny thing is they wanted pictures of my install. As I said above the product looks and works great.
The final kicker is that I received an email from TonneauCovered on Monday that my cover was on its way. I did email them back with a little advise about customer service and notified them that they were a day late on the delivery info.
Overall, I love the product but would not recommend using Tonneaucovered.

I ordered a set of Amp Power steps and received an order confirmation the same day. 1 week later, I hadn't received anything futher so I called to check on delivery and was assured it would be delivered 1 week later. Following week, they told me they had no idea when it would ship but "should be soon", and then they told me not to be so impatient and that I already knew how long it was going to take. Canceled my order, won't do business with them again. Very poor communication and customer service.

I give tonneaucovers.com 5 stars for price, 1 star for accuracy of shipping/delivery representations on their website and 0 stars for customer service. I ordered...and paid for....product a month ago. Their website said I should receive delivery in approximately 10 days. The product is now "untrackable" and "deliver pending" with FedEx who can tell me nothing. When I complained to tonneaucovered Shaun responded with a rude and condescending lecture on their business model telling me, essentially, it was my problem. "Discounts" come with a price. In this case it is misrepresentations about shipping and delivery and horrible customer service. I have zero confidence that should any issues come up once the product arrives that this company will stand behind their product.

Send me wrong part and when I canceled other order out of my frustration I was called by Shaun POS! Yes that’s correct the guy started screaming at me on the phone and insulting my person for THEIR screw up! He threatened me with 20% restocking fee ! I ended up getting dispute with cc and got my money back but it was one of the worst experience! Purchased my tonneau cover at different vendor!

Shaun at TonneauCovered.com was able to give me a quote $50 less than any other company out there for an extang trifecta 2.0 cover for my GMC pick-up. I got it shipped free from Fed-X and received it in 4 days right from the company that makes it right here in the USA! I would recommend TonneauCovered.com to anyone looking to purchase something for your truck!

Peter at TonneauCovered.com was able to quote me a great price on a cover for my Ridgeline. It was about $250 under the price fixed number on all sites. I learned you need to call places or request a quote to get a good deal.
