To the Cloud Vapor Store Reviews

I received my used pax plus in great condition delivery was on time and the device works amazing get yourself one you won’t regret it

Excellent service, the best prices I found.
Management of my order was fast.
Tyler's help was amazing after I had a problem with the shipment.
Highly recommended.

This an honest company, great prices. Honors warranties.

Tyler called to validate the sketchy order placed with my stolen card. Gave me plenty of info to help catch the fraudsters. If everyone who works here is as good as the owner, it’s a good shop.

Previously posted: “Apparently a great place to use stolen card information. One day after using my card at a restaurant (nearly the only time I don’t have my card in my wallet) I suddenly have a $500 charge at a vape store I never knew existed (and I don’t smoke/vape). Being a place that is used by scammers makes you untrustworthy.”

This website is legit ! I ordered a pax and got a free grinder with my order also the shipping took 4 days

I was contemplating trading out my Puffco Peak Pro plus accessories for a Dr. Dabber Switch² and after jumping through a ton of hoops to get my posting denied on Ebay and crazy lowball offers on FB Marketplace/ OfferUp I was at my wits end.

I came across To The Cloud Vape & after some Reddit sleuthing verified it was legit and submitted my items for a trade offer. After a simple email exchange, I sent my Puffco stuff and within 7 days had a new Switch² (and Sapphire Plus insert)!!

Extremely fast on ship out my item, it came exactly as described and under the cost of elsewhere. Would definitely recommend!

Im in Australia communication was spot on product absolutely sensational tracking realy easy and quick posting luvn your work guys will use you again

Worked with Tyler, who was exceptional with communication and very professional. Sold a piece for cash and transaction was smooth and flawless.

The shipping for the Dr. Dabber Switch 2 was super fast; it arrived on time and in perfect condition. It's also worth mentioning that on the day of my purchase, they had the best price I could find anywhere on the internet!. The customer support is super friendly and fast!!

Amazing experience! Got my switch 2 without any issues and landed within 2 weeks to the UK! No fees, no issues! Easy peasy! Great customer service!

The used selection caught my attention, but the customer service was even better. Tyler helped me make a purchase, trade and replacement. No sweat. Good experience. And the Mighty is just that.

Just made a purchase on Friday. I put in the wrong email and didn’t receive an order confirmation because of it. I emailed them and they actually called me on a Saturday while they were closed and the guy was super awesome he got my email and sent the confirmation and even had my order sent out. The customer service is absolutely fantastic I would highly recommend a company like that to everyone.

Great prices! Great customer support !
I have bought several vaporizers from them which was cheaper than going straight to Storz & Bickel.

multiple units bought from this shop. every experience a great one. fast reliable discreet shipping.

Great prices, fast shipping and customer service. Recently had an issue with one of the products they were selling and they listened to me and did everything they could to remedy the situation even though they realistically had no stake or fault in the situation. I can appreciate a company like that. P.S. YLLVAPE who makes the Angus enhanced is terrible. Do not buy an angus enhanced.

Great prices and selection, excellent customer service! We ran into shipping issues and they were promptly able to solve the issue.

Will definitely be a return customer for sure.

When they were unsure of my address and I was unsure of the shipping service, they called to clarify. Super quick shipping. I Love my Angus, as well as the freebies.
