Loving my refurbished Mighty. Looks and feels like new. Shipped fast too.

Buyer beware. They don't take Paypal for a reason. They sell pax as refurbished but the one I got from them to use as a herb vaporizer only (I didn't want to use herbs in my new pax 3 so I bought this one strictly for herbs and the new one for extracts) but it has a smaller oven than my pax 3 from pax as well as my beat up pax 2, it doesn't charge as fast as the pax 2 or 3 and rattles when finished heating. Pax authentic concentrate inserts and screens don't fit at all like in my pax 2 & 3 from pax. No help from the seller at all. Protect yourself if purchasing from this place so that you are able to provide your own remedy. I'll also update this review to provide a YouTube link soon showing the same issues I shared with the seller via video. Think about it What company ever asked you to submit videos of defective products just to be offered a return? Also the sellers reply is full of lies. I never stated the device did not come on and only contacted him once. What scam could I be doing by asking to return his defective device for a refund? If the device works fine he can resell it but he knows it's defective and doesn't want it back.

Seriously the BEST online purchase experience ever. To the Cloud shipped my order fast. Help me out with a post order question so I give their customer service an A+ When my vapes arrived everything was in good working order with accessories and being well packed. I save about $150 from every other site i could have bought from online. On the Cloud is the place I will order my vapes from in the future. Proud to recommend them.

I just had the worst shopping experience with To The Clouds Black Friday sale. I ordered a DaVince Miqro Explorer kit in Onxy, and they sent me a Graphite one instead. After talking to Tyler, he agreed to exchange it for the Onyx one that I ordered, so I mailed it back and was sent an Amethyst one this time. Extremely frustrated, I requested my money back and got a return label from Tyler. I took the Miqro to the post office the next day where I waited in line over 30 minutes. When I got home, I got an email from Tyler telling me that if I have not yet returned the Amethyst Miqro, I could keep it for my trouble. When I told him that I already returned it and asked if he could send me another one, he said it was not possible. So, for actually going through the trouble of returning the wrong color Miqro, I got nothing. Even more frustrated, I again asked for a refund. Several days passed and still no refund, even though the package tracking says that To The Clouds got my return. Even more annoyed, I had to email Tyler again to one again ask for my money back. He finally did it. But the most frustrating part of all this is that because I was screwing around with Tyler and To The Clouds I missed out on other vape store's Black Friday specials on the Miqro Explorer kit in Onyx. So, I ended up with no Miqro in Onxy. I just wasted a bunch of time, and gas money to drive to the USPS for nothing thanks to Tyler and To The Clouds.

Was a bit wary at first about the used PAX but had a friend refer me after getting his. When I got the thing was pretty blown away. Came in what appeared to be new condition and was told if I didn't like vapor I was covered with the trial period.
