Site had really helpful info that helped me make the right purchase, and it shipped out promptly. I ended up ordering a refurbished model, but they were out of refurbs so they sent a new one! A lot of stores would have just cancelled the order at that point, but not them. I'm really pleased with my experience with this store.

Refurbished crap with the worse return policy ever.
Item received obviously refurbished. When I returned it they charged me $140! Criminal return/loan policy? They'll shine it up and sell it to some other unsuspecting schmuck.
**their reply is their usual B.S. as Ive seen on many complaints here.Although I appreciate the plug for my show from these obvious frauds who support fraud in and out of office. It's sad you can't reply to their b.s. reply here. Proof they are garbage? They blocked me from their site. May their karma be swift. Calling anyone who calls out their horrific business practices "mentally unstable" is typical, read the other bad reviews.

Company is excellent. Best prices on most things. Product ships quickly. I have purchased two major vapes from them. Got them both within days with a few nice surprises thrown in. Now my go to online store! Highest recommendation!

This was my first purchase with them and they just made a repeat customer! Taylor took care of me and did whatever possible to get the package out in time for the earliest delivery. Less than 48 hours later and I will be enjoying clouds soon all thanks to Taylor. To The Cloud vapor store rocks even more than expected, and I heard great things via word of mouth.

I made a last minute decision to get a rig before leaving for the holidays, and I was worried that I waited too long. I paid for expedited shipping, but it was still close. I sent an email and Taylor took care of me. I got the package the next day (I am also in SoCal, though), but now I already have my rig setup for a test drive before we leave.

I couldn't be more pleased with Tyler's dry vape recommendation. In fact, he discouraged from a more expensive purchase. Super quick free shipping and the after purchase support is excellent. My email was answered the same day! (Nothing wrong with the vape, just some operating questions). I will be shopping at To The Cloud in the future.

I purchased the YLLVAPE Angus V2 Vaporizer, which this store sells with 2 rechargeable batteries.
The company that makes the vape, sells them without batteries: yllvape.com.
So I assume it is the store bundle. 
From the beginning of use, it was clear to me that the batteries were not working well, as the vape worked for a few seconds. If it worked...
I contacted the store  tothecloudvaporstore.comand they keep asking me to open a ticket at the manufacturer's website, this store did not offer any help or care, such such as a refund, discount, or just sending replacement batteries, nothing at all.
For vape that costs $150,
As the manufacturer,, yllvape also never replies - I bought replacement batteries by myself. 

with an update after the store replies -

we did have a chain of mail from 3 to 19 May.
which the store clearly mentions on one of them -
"We can ship you a new one if they approve it."
the last mail asked for more details about the light indicator,which I did not reply after giving up.
here is my reply that was just sent -

"After a short while, both lights, battery indicator, and temperature level turned off.
The button was not very responsive.
The manufacturer never replied to my inquiry,
and your only advice to me was , **"We can ship you a new one if they approve it." **
I gave up and ordered new batteries, and now the vape is working okay.
I learned a lesson, as there is no added value in ordering from you. "

I made a large purchase from this online store, when I received my package my package was mishandled and was packaged terribly, you’d think when spending more than 250$ you’d get a box with some protection and not a thin bubble mailer that can’t protect anything from damage or theft, they also forgot a part of my order when they shipped it out. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. They didn’t seem to care at all from start to finish. The product is great luckily it wasn’t damaged even though the box was smashed because of the way it was packaged.

Now look at this trash reply from this company claiming I’m a Karen because I was missing things from my order and was upset that I spend 300$ and everything was shipped in a 50 cent bubble mailer haha what a joke of a company

Tyler was very responsive and worked with me to get the best possible deal on my trade-in. He assisted in letting me know when the vape that I desired would be back in stock.

Although they were super busy, they responded to my chats quickly even though I was bugging them often. They have a good clean website that is easy to navigate. Top notch!

I really wish I could give more than 5 stars to this company/website! They had pieces that I needed that NOBODY else had and with great prices & extremely fast delivery. But to top it off was their customer service, especially Tyler. He helped answering every question I had almost immediately. I couldn’t recommend shopping here enough!

I'm a med patient and vaporizers are primarily a medical device. There are so many vaporizers and SO MANY opinions that it's hard to sort through it all. TTCVS has the best, most engaged staff I've ever met. I spent months texting back and forth with a staff member to figure out the best vaporizer for me. T. listened and recommended two options. I bought one of his recs after doing a lot of my own research. He cut through all the BS and really came through for me. I also love their test-drive policy–it's the only way to see if a piece works.
