Spent almost six hundred dollars with these people almost two weeks ago. Been nothing but hassle since day one. And still having received my package. i'm f$#%^d because I traded Them something worth five hundred dollars for two hundred dollars. They send you a package that you have to sign for. U p s gives you four hours the day of. I missed it asked them to redirect it and hold it at a u p s and now nobody can find it. If I don't get it tomorrow I send it back. But really what happens then? Because they're not gonna give me the money They owe me for what I traded.

Response, horrible shipping experience. As of right now, the unit is not working properly. Gonna check it out more tomorrow and then I'll update again. Update gave me a 4 hour window 20 minutes before the window started. Obviously I missed it. Then I get the same window for the next day. SO i PAY to get them to hold my package. They tell me it's at ups, it's not. Next day, no update. I call, nobody knows where it's at. Just says pending. Ofcourse I mad. On top of that. I'm a headache because I wanted you to price match, like you say you do. You refused because I sold you a $500 puffco peak pro? With $120 custom glass, caps tethers and a spare chamber. Even though every1 else on your site could use a code , you worded our agreement to f me out of the same $130 every other customer got off the price.you swindled me from the very beginning. I pray this thing actually produces vapor next time I use it. I WILL give you a honest update on here about this unit later. For now, my problem is with customer service and shipping. 12/20/2023

All this is a lie "Along the way the customer was trying to change his coupon offer to cash. Something we explained to him multiple times before AND IN THE AGREEMENT would decrease the offer. He then started saying his Guardian was worth $800. (new with OEM glass they are $500). In business you cannot win them all , however that does not preclude us from offering the best customer service we can to him and other problem customers."

Straight lie, they have a unit like mine, way older model, for $800 on the page. What's crazy is Tyler is making all kind of crazy stuff up. But not one time has he said that the unit works properly. Lmao DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

My husband wanted a Storz & Bickel Crafty+ vaporizer for our anniversary. We have a Volcano (which we adore 💗) and really wanted to be able to experience vaporizing our flower on the go.

We did tons of research & found that...To the Cloud Vapor Store not only had thee best price & superb Customer service...they also had free shipping! It was literally cheaper for us to buy from them, then to go to a local Vegas area vapor shop! And talk about great customer service...I contacted them through their online chat and via text, because we were getting ready to leave on an anniversary vacation & wanted to make sure we would receive our new Crafty+ before our trip... I received a response immediately through both channels and was assured we would receive our anniversary gift in time!

That kind of care and attention to detail in this day and age is really outstanding! Such good Karma!! Plus it sure is nice to patronize a small business here in the US.👌🏻 We absolutely are over the Moon with our new Crafty+!! That thing is worth every penny! Great customer service and fast shipping! I received an item that was not functioning properly, and they responded quickly then shipped a replacement immediately.

Update.
Got a new puffco peak pro v2 from to the cloud, and once again they were there to help me out with the order, give me a great deal, and ship out right away to get me the device by the end of that same week.
I needed some help getting adjusted to the puffco from using the Carta2, and Tyler from TTC was extremely patient and helpful with answering questions and giving advice.
I'd 100% recommend to the cloud to anyone looking for great value and friendly, helpful C/S.

Highly recommend! Tyler helped me choose between vapes via an ongoing email conversation. He listened to me and gave me the practical advice I needed to pick the right whole flower vape. I ended up buying two and I couldn’t be happier. I’m a first time vape user and I don’t know if I ever want to go back to smoking. I use medicinally as well as recreationally and the quality of the high is gentler and smoother. And I get the most out of the flavor, I can savor each bowl. I bought a refurbished Davinci IQC dry herb vaporizer from this place and it DID arrive in a relatively small amount if time and thre product DOES INDEED function as intended. I just needed to externally charge the battery, but that issue may just be a manufacturing flaw. So for this store, I rate it 5 stars!
