Anyone who might hesitate on selling, worried about scamming and all that comes with online selling, definitely use tothecloud! Great to know I won't see a random dispute in a month and worry free during the entire process.

I had bought the proxy and the company was in contact with me throughout the process. When the shipment arrived I was missing one of my items, but within just a few minutes the person I talked to had offered to ship the missing items with an arrival of 4 days. I fully appreciated the rush considering it was already late in the day. With my situation that was too short an arrival so I ended up getting it refunded with no issues at all. Overall fantastic service and they even threw in a nick cage meme, definitely still worth it

Customer service was fine - shipping took a while but it’s because I’m in Canada. Beware of the refurbished items. They sold me a USED peak pro - nothing about this thing was refurbished. Actually, I spent my own time refurbishing the thing. Also, the glass piece has MOLD on it….. please if you purchase here clean your stuff well before using it.

My most recent experience with To The Cloud was when I worked with Tyler on a trade-in request and the entire process was incredibly easy. Even though they were in the middle of Black Friday sales and shipment, I received my trade-in code and had my new device shipped lightning fast. When it comes to customer service, To The Cloud is second to none.

I placed the order and I didn’t provide the apt number so they contacted me immediately and asked me to give it to them so they could ship the item. Very good communication. I received the item in perfect conditions and started using it. I love my Crafty+.

1. Free shipping. Shipped immediately, arrived in 1-2 days (I forget because I was out of town).
2. 100 dollars less than MSRP for Carta 2
3. Gave me an awesome sticker
4. They let me know about a possible issue with the Carta 2 herb atomizer getting an error message effecting 1-2% of units. I will look out for a firmware update to resolve this before buying it.

I've used these guys for about 4 years or so. I've always had great customer experiences with them. They have great store policies about returns and price matching (which I've done a few times).

Best part though is the personal touch. When I email them I know I'm going to get a quick response and they genuinely try to answer questions about the products they sell. They'll also work with me on special requests (like splitting payment across multiple cards to use up a gift balance).

In case it's not clear from the rest of this review, I'm definitely going to purchase from them again.

This is the second time I have purchased a high end vape from Tyler at To The Cloud Vapor Store. My experience has been absolutely perfect each time. Tyler really took time with me to help me settle on the right devices. When you are spending this much money on an item you really want to be sure you are getting exactly what you want at the best price. The prices are always good, the customer service has been amazing and my vape showed up right on time. Since my first purchase 5 years ago, I have sent several friends their way and will continue to purchase from them. Great Company!

I’ve ordered from To the Cloud several times now and every time has been terrific. They got the brand new Proxy in and their “in-stock” alert notification worked perfectly and I was able to get one. Shipped out the same day as my order and I got it one day early - ordered on Friday and received on Monday. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Tyler and the rest of the To The Cloud people are the best. Excellent communication, blazing fast shipping and let me tell you… the Puffco Proxy yo!!! It’s sick. Can’t wait for the Bub attachment! Don’t hesitate with these people, they will take care of you!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!

My experience is with a guy named Tyler Browne who is the ONLY EMPLOYEE.

I placed an order for a vaporizer that did not arrive and I then opened a missing package claim with ups and also filed a police report per ups request so they could issue the refund with the company and another product could be sent out. Tyler Browne assured me they would send another product and just to get him that number and any info I could so I sent him a copy of my claim with ups and instructed him that ups told me all he needed to do now is update his claim for the item and they would refund the money to him.

Tyler Browne tried claiming ups had no knowledge of it, but at one point told me he had an open claim with them on it. He made up all kinds of lies with nothing to back them up and even attacked my character and use vulgar language with me.

Ups was very open about the matter to me and apologized for their driver signing for the package and leaving it when that was not what was supposed to happen. They told me to have the company contact them so I sent their info to Tyler Browne but he didnt seem to care and never contacted the ups office handling the claim or did he ever call the correct police agency.

I told him what police agency I filed the report with and he made up a lie saying he called and they had no record of it. I asked what number he called and he sent me a number of a different police department that the one handing it.

Come to find out he called the wrong police station and then when I informed him of his mistake he told me he could not invest any more time on this matter and to contact my credit card company for a refund. I have all the emails for proof if anyone wants them let me know.

In the end Tyler Browne has backed up my claims with his slanderous reply(which has been removed due to his abuse of power) and no professionalism at all in his actions. He wasted countless hours of my time with no intention of ever issuing a refund or sending another item.

All he had to do was update his already opened claim with a police report number and he would have received a refund and now that my credit card company has issued the charge back he is all upset again, poor little Ty Ty.

Just wanted to warn everyone of this company and to stay far far away!"

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME! Tyler Browne will gladly waste your time if you do!

The other way you can tell they are scammers and hiding negative reviews from you is to check their Facebook. They used to have a “reviews” section till too many people left negative reviews and they deleted them all and took away your ability to leave a review for them on their page because they know they are ripping you off and want to hide it from the public!
They also made it impossible for you to comment on their posts because of the same reason, they had to cover up and delete all the negative comments to hide the truth from you!!

Just an update, to verify all Tyler’s claims to be untrue. Full refund received and Tyler’s claims were unfounded. A complete waste of your time if you order from Tyler and his mom and their garage run operation.
