Total distrust in their data model
For a few months now my Statutory Report is incorrect missing major information. Everything is is gone, from electoral roll to cards and loans. I have contacted TransUnion multiple times and just get a auto response with links to download the report and check again.

Insensitive, generic and poorly trained customer service
I contacted TransUnion to update my name after a legal name change with supporting evidence, and despite clearly notifying them, they continued addressing me by my old name. This shows a real lack of respect and sensitivity when handling something so personal.
If your company doesn’t process name changes directly, that’s fine but say that clearly on your website rather than sending people round in circles for a generic reply.
Your customer service team needs far better training in professionalism, respect, and empathy. Something as simple as addressing someone correctly should not be too much to ask.

Wrong information and no responsibility, no accountability. The customer service agent said she will send a follow-up email, and nothing in my inbox. Inefficient and the analysis is inefficient and wrong.

Reviewers are right, customer service is awful
Like many reviewers have said, the customer service is awful. I requested a notice of correction and they seemed not to get my point, kept replying with robotic responses, and passing me around. Promised to do something then don't. Always a different member of staff replying to my queries, who don't seem to know what they are doing. Lloyds Bank also, kept passing me to Transunion who then passed me back to the Bank. Awful, the worst credit agency of the big three. I have raised a formal complaint with both of them but I am pessimistic about this.

Unbelievable - so bad!!!
Cannot believe that they refuse to explain why our credit limit has been reduced when we have NEVER owed anyone any money at all in 70 years apart from a mortgage which was cleared 25 years ago.

I’ve contacted them 3 times now to tell them I AM on the electoral roll, it takes them up to 28 days each time to check the evidence proving I’m on there & they still send back another ‘we’ll get back to you in up to 28 days’

Very poor customer support – no real help provided
I’ve been dealing with TransUnion regarding an incorrect entry on my credit report and contacted Jessica from their Consumer Services team. Unfortunately, all I’ve received are repeated requests for the same information that’s already visible on my credit report.
They keep passing you around in circles instead of actually helping or investigating the issue. What customers need is real support and action, not automated replies or requests that delay everything. Very disappointing experience.

This site is wrong they shouldn’t be allowed to keep reports on people credit score it seems that anyone can write anything about anyone with no evidence I had good credit score all my life now I carnt even get acomadation because this site let someone put unpaid debt on my credit report and I don’t owe anything

Excellent support as victim of fraud…
I have been victim of possible fraud and Transfer Union responded very promptly in order to protect me from unauthorised credit searches. Samantha gave me additional information so I could contact other credit organisations in order to alert them and she and the team looked into the disputes I raised very quickly
