would not use this company again, booked with a salesman called Ben Coles, very polite when booking said that i had to pay an extra £100 per person booking fees, i said no then he said he would speak to his manager, he said i could pay the fees for 2 people which i said no to again, then we agreed i would only pay for one, i think £300 on top of the holiday was a bit steep, i booked transfers to and from the hotel, when checking the booking i could see no details of the transfers so i phoned the company to be told my name was on the transfer list and to find the transfer booth when i arrived in Turkey, the had no record of my party so i had to pay 90 euros for a taxi to the hotel, it was nearly an hours drive and i had specifically asked how long the drive was when booking as i’m not good with travelling by car or coach and was told 20 minutes, i emailed the company the next morning and my reply said that they do not book transfers, my mum then rang the company and was told that they do ? but they had no record of me booking them, i emailed Ben Coles few times and never got a reply so had to pay the same amount to return to the airport when going home,
the whole week was a holiday from hell, all inclusive which didn’t include any drinks ?? and the food was inedible, was also told that the beach was a “stone throw” from the hotel infact it was a half an hour drive by cab, the whole thing was a joke would rather of paid more money with a proper travel agents and actually enjoyed my week away.

The relevant documents, including those confirming the non-inclusion of transfers in your package, were sent to your registered email address shortly after finalizing the booking.
We also regret the inconvenience caused by the confusion over the transfers in Turkey. As the transfer was not included in the holiday deal you confirmed, we recommend reaching out to us at the time of the issue. If the concern had been raised while you were at the resort, we would have been more than happy to work with the local providers to assist you.
With regard to the hotel and resort experience, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address these issues during your stay. No concerns were brought to our attention while you were at the destination or upon your return, as we strive to resolve any matters that could impact your holiday experience. We understand your disappointment and would like to assure you that we always aim to ensure our customers have an enjoyable trip.

Booked our holiday through Kalyan. Pre cruise hotel in Stockholm and pick up from airport spot on. Pick up to cruise ship again spot on and holiday with NCL to Baltics was very memorable. Would definitely book again

Would deffo not recommend, enquired about a hotel we wanted, and when we was asked about the trip we told them it was for our honeymoon so the advisor told us not to book that hotel, we advised that's the one we wanted so paid deposit etc got a phone call 10 mins later to be told that hotel was no longer available but they have a better hotel and we was pressured into booking this as we had already paid deposit to then be told that it was an extra 500 on top of what we was originally paying due to it being a nicer hotel with breakfast included, so we booked anyway and was told due to it being our honeymoon they would arrange bottle of champagne and flowers in the hotel when we got there, we arrived the hotel was disgusting. Chairs all had holes in them reception desk didn't speak English. Room was basic and the breakfast food was disgusting deffo not an upgrade like we was told but yet paid upgrade prices, there was no flowers or champagne waiting very disappointed should have booked with someone else when we found out the hotel we had requested was not available but out friends booked around 5 mins after us at the hotel we had asked for and they had multiple rooms I think this company just wanted more commission on a dearer hotel which wasn't even worth the money we paid for, would not book through these ever again.

Added fees in small print on email ! Rogues
Spoke with sales advisor who confirmed £833 for holiday , he then said would get a call from admin team to confirm details and then they would book it and send all documents to us
They then tried to add £196 Fee on the confirmation call, this was in the email they sent me to read through
As I Read through email to check details before confirming on finding this i told them I didn't want to book.
AVOID
They did try to say it wasn't all inclusive as the advert said as it was all inclusive lite , and we could upgrade to Std All inclusive of we want !!
After saying no they added it for free they said !!
Hmmm how can you add something for free that was included to start with ??
Cancelled my credit card as don't trust they will not try and charge me anyway !!

Regarding the additional fee you mentioned, this was not "added" after your initial discussion but was clearly stated in the email we sent prior to the confirmation call, allowing you to review all details. We are committed to transparency, and we always provide clients with the opportunity to review and clarify any aspects of their booking.
As for the upgrade to a standard all-inclusive, we provided this option as a courtesy, ensuring that you received the best possible value.
Lastly, we would like to assure you that no charges were or will be made to your card, as we only process payments with a customer’s full agreement and written consent. We regret any misunderstanding but remain committed to providing transparent and honest service.
