Joshua Weekes at Trinity Financial was excellent throughout my remortgage.

He found me a much better deal than I would have found on my own and was always happy to answer the many questions I had throughout the process. Whenever I needed clarification around the mortgage conditions or other aspects of the application, Josh took the time to explain things clearly and, where necessary, went back to the lender to get answers rather than guessing.

The remortgage process can be stressful, but Josh was approachable, professional and always came back to my queries promptly, even when the answer was simply pointing me in the right direction. I always felt I could ask questions and be confident I’d get a clear and honest response.

As a first-time buyer, I’m so glad I contacted Trinity Financial for my mortgage. Highly rate Sophie from Trinity for mortgage experience. We were first time buyers (and I'm not from England), so very unsure about the process and what we wanted. She was excellent, helping us weight the advantages of different products and how much of our deposit/payments/etc. We also opted to go through them for life and home insurance, and both people we worked with were great.

Honestly, I loved having a woman work with me on the mortgage. Many times, I find in finance and money management, there aren't many women available to work with. Sophie was so confident and knowledgable, and never spoke down to me. It made the process excellent.

Couldn’t recommend against using Trinity Finance enough. They were recommended to me by the estate agent I was using for my property purchase. Their communication was terrible and rude, they were super unprofessional. When I raised a complaint to them regarding my service, they told me it was my problem and not theirs and that I was the problem. Steer clear

I have used Trinity Financial for over four years and they have been superb every step of the way. From the initial application to my impending second re-mortgage, Anthony, Stephen and the rest of the team have expertly (and patiently) advised me throughout the process.

I can’t recommend Jay at Trinity highly enough. From start to finish, he has been absolutely outstanding. He is incredibly helpful, polite, and clearly exceptionally skilled at what he does.

Anthony is very personable and helpful. He was efficient in getting my application through quickly.
I chose to go with Trinity as Anthony was candid about the market and gave me his honest opinion on rates and terms, which other firms did not. Other firms I spoke to wanted to say yes straight away to my request in order to win my business but Anthony built up a proper relationship and I trust him wholly.
