Received a call from Triton reminding…
Received a call from Triton reminding me that the warranty was due for renewal (which I had forgot about) the new warranty was quickly arranged and I now have piece of mind knowing that if a fault occurs it is covered for the next 12 months.

We bought a T80i as a direct…
We bought a T80i as a direct replacement for a Triton shower that was less than ten years old as the website advised it was a direct replacement. My husband is handy and has changed showers many times before so knows how important that is if pipework etc is not to be adjusted. However we have just found that it is not at all compatible. It's been necessary to reroute both the pipework and electrical connection and in the process damage tiling and the wall the pipework had to be rerouted through.
What would someone who is not electrically qualified as my husband is do in these circumstances? It's not good enough from a well established company.

We do try design newer models with previous designs in mind, sometimes there will have to be changes made due to various changes on operation and parts being used in the products. However in the majority of situations we will have something similar where only minor remedial work is required. In these situations we would always advise contacting our service team on 02476 372222 for the nearest suitable option if nothing in the current range is a direct replacement. Our website will have a range of suitable options shown, they aren't listed as direct but ideal replacements, for full info on the differences between them though we would still advise contacting in. The help i got when i had to phone in…
The help i got when i had to phone in to return item, as it was the wrong one. The staff helped me to go on line and fill in form for refund. The new part was correct the second time of ordering.

2 units in 4 years avoid
We've had 2 triton showers in 4 years. Both leaked from inside the unit dripping from where the front cover meets the back.
Cheap to keep repeat customers.
Avoid at all costs. Buy cheap buy twice now moved to mira

What made the experience second to none…
What made the experience second to none on the 14/4/2026 is the quality of communication and support on the phone. I regrettably do not remember the customer support person’s name but they were incredibly helpful and actually got the facia for that model and colour manufactured. They even called back to say it had been done and would be on its way. They went above and beyond my expectations and is an absolute asset to the company.
