MANY ERRORS
The pages are nice and easy. They are a great resource for us homeschoolers. HOWEVER! the amount of mistakes in the answer keys are unbelievable! It's unacceptable really. It's making me wonder if this is human error or computer error, either way I'm losing confidence in these worksheets.

I had reason to contact Twinkl because…of some confusion regarding my subscription.

I had a free trail
I had a free trail, cancelled the free trial and it was not cancelled. I had two payments deducted and can only have one refunded due to missing the second set of I want to cancel my subscription. If people wants to cancel, it's for a reason why would you setup 2 sets of I want to cancel. Confusing and unfair.

I have been using TWINKL at least the last 5 years, maybe more. Twinkl has been helping me to create teaching materials and assessments. Today Alexandra and Twinkl Care Team have been helpful to process my request for refund. I got a Haemorrhagic Stroke 10 months ago and now is still battling with the right limbs hemiparesis. I have to leave my teaching position to focus on my recovery and to ensure the safety and well-being of the school community are not compromised. aún cuando se realiza la cancelación del servicio, twinkle sigue cobrando libremente mes a mes. Se realiza la solicitud y habiendo estado ya cancelada la suscripción te la activan nuevamente. Siguen cobrando como si nada. No permite eliminar cuenta no datos financieros.
