Replaced the box of tea bags but completely ignored my complaint about the "New Taste" and poor quality, easily ripped, tea bags.
HORRIBLE NEW RECIPE! Tastes absolutely foul, with a nasty smokiness to it. I can understand not using foil but to change the recipe is unforgivable. I'll be finding another brand as this tastes nasty... Toon meer
No hassle replacement. I haven't opened packet yet ( bought another bag waiting on replacement) so I hope they are OK.

Great tea that is very hard to find in stores, delivered quickly

I’ve been a Typhoo drinker for years, but the quality has gone downhill badly. Our latest 440‑bag pack was so weak it barely coloured the water. This isn’t the first time either — we had a similar issue a couple of years ago.
I submitted a full complaint with batch details, photos, and everything they asked for. Weeks passed with no reply. When I chased them, they claimed they “never received” my complaint and asked me to resend all the information again — photos, batch code, expiry date, store, location, receipt.
I’m not jumping through hoops for a second time. If Typhoo can’t even acknowledge a complaint properly, never mind resolve it, then what’s the point.
My wife and I have now switched to Tetley, which at least makes a decent cup of tea.
Very poor product quality and even poorer customer service. Typhoo has lost a loyal customer.

Your team only contacted me after I posted this public review, and even then I was asked to resubmit the same photos, batch codes and details yet again. After years of being a loyal customer, this has been extremely disappointing.
I have now moved on to another brand, and my review reflects the full experience so other customers can make an informed choice.

I had couple of boxes of tea bags , some of them split and wasted then I took photos and send the company, they send me a box of tea bags on post.

I still can not brew a decent strong cup of tea with 1 teabag. The colour of the cuppa is a very pale gray instead of a nice warm brown and to be honest is tastes like hot water with milk. I have contacted Typhoo and the customer service was excellent but unfortunately I have to stand by my opinion. The gesture of goodwill was very much appreciated.

Bought a packet of 440 from Amazon. Bags not properly sealed loose tea everywhere. Sent a mail to customer services explaining that although I was refunded they should look at their manufacture process as the machine obviously has a problem. Just got some blurb about looking into it and how the quality was good. - not impressed. It seems to be an on- going problem as other clients have also complained. Waken - up Typhoo!

The tea best ever but when ripping 2tea bags u lose 20% because you end up ripping 1 of the tea bags because there not insufficient perforations in them
