Replaced the box of tea bags but completely ignored my complaint about the "New Taste" and poor quality, easily ripped, tea bags.

HORRIBLE NEW RECIPE! Tastes absolutely foul, with a nasty smokiness to it. I can understand not using foil but to change the recipe is unforgivable. I'll be finding another brand as this tastes nasty... Toon meer

No hassle replacement. I haven't opened packet yet ( bought another bag waiting on replacement) so I hope they are OK.

My usual grocery stores no longer have…

My usual grocery stores no longer have Typhoo QT instant tea available so after hours of research I was very pleased to find an alternate source. I can now telephone and speak with a very helpful and pleasant lady in customer service who processes my order which then arrives within a couple of days! The service and my INSTANT tea is worth the small extra cost!

I gave advice on how the product was defective, Typhoo went out of their way to replace it. Replacement package arrived promptly. Really enjoy the product, excellent customer service!

Minor complaint

Contacting Typhoo regarding an issue with a box of teabags. I was dealt with promptly and with a satisfactory outcome. I could not fault the way I was dealt with.

New Typhoo blend does Not have the oOO !!

Have been using Typhoo one cup (Blue/red/white Box) now for years, they have always been a lovely flavour , round individual T bags wrapped in foil for freshness.
Was shocked a few weeks ago when I got my normal delivery & thought they had sent wrong T Bags , box is now red/white/black, T Bags are in two's joined & not foil wrapped for freshness. I Then realised they had updated the packaging, But OMG the taste is awful they have totally messed with the flavour & now these are undrinkable Yuk Yuk. Also split when trying to separate them to. I now have 4 boxes to go into the bin as they are awful & disgusting taste. Looks like after all these years I will be having to find a new T Bag as these are not drinkable . Typhoo you have really messed this blend up & saying its new & improved is a laugh !!.

There is nothing better than shopping from home

There is nothing better than the simplicity of ordering online and this website was easy. Much better than walking around shops when your in your eighties only to find they've sold out!

Horrible

Im sorry but your tea now tastes foul. There is a horrible after taste that despite both my husband and I trying to like , we can't. I even bought another box thinking maybe it was a bad batch but for every box to taste the same !!! We decided to change brand and have gone over to PG Tips. Your tea has always been our favourite for decades but not any more !
