Hello Dale Marco
Thank you for your feedback and especially for your loyalty as a regular customer. We’re truly sorry for the frustration caused by this order cancellation and for the lack of proactive support you experienced. You deserved clearer communication and timely assistance, and we deeply regret falling short.
Regarding your order, after confirming the item was unavailable with the original seller, our team attempted sourcing it from third-party partners, but it remained out of stock. As a result, we cancelled the order and initiated a full refund on May 5, 2025. The funds should already reflect in your original payment source.
We take your criticism about our chat support seriously. Your experience has been escalated to our support leadership for immediate retraining. We’re implementing stricter follow-up protocols for delayed orders.
We’d like to offer up to 15% discount code "UBUY10" on your next order as a token of apology for the inconvenience. Your trust is invaluable to us, and we’re committed to ensuring your future experiences reflect the service you expect. Thank you for holding us accountable.
Warm Regards
Team Ubuy

Hello Gayantha
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Regarding pricing, the product costs listed on our platform are set directly by sellers. However, we strive to ensure prices remain competitively lower compared to other marketplaces while maintaining the quality and service standards our customers deserve. For full transparency, the final price (including shipping and customs fees) is always displayed on the order review page before payment is completed.
We’re truly sorry to hear the item did not work as intended. At Ubuy, we offer a 7-day return window for eligible products, allowing customers to initiate returns for a refund. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from you during this period, and our support team has no record of your contact.
Your input is invaluable, and we apologize deeply for the inconvenience caused. We’d welcome the chance to assist you further. Please reach out to our customer support team at info@ubuy.com so we can explore solutions together.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve.
