Delayed Delivery: Incomplete Order and Uncertain Fulfillment Timeline
Disappointing Delivery Experience
I placed an order for 6 cable reels on February 25th, 2025, with the expectation that they would arrive within the promised delivery window of 15-20 days. However, as of today, I have only received 1 out of the 6 items. I am still waiting for the remaining pieces, and there has been no clear update on when the rest will be delivered.
The delay is quite frustrating, especially considering the delivery terms provided at the time of purchase. I am unsure when the remaining items will arrive and would appreciate clearer communication regarding the status of my order.
I hope Ubuy can address this issue promptly and ensure that the remaining items are delivered as soon as possible.

To avoid further delays, they substituted 5 units with the ReelWorks 14AWG x 50ft (SRT) Extension Cord Reel Retractable a higher-priced alternative with similar specifications while sending the 1 available Alphaworks unit. If the ReelWorks units do not meet your needs, we’re happy to arrange a return pickup and process a refund for those items.

The ability to be able to purchase some…
The ability to be able to purchase some products and have them delivered as same products would not be available due to my location. Also, the fact that Ubuy uses DHL as its courier as it also allows me to reschedule my delivery date. However, it is important to note that these products and services from Ubuy are quite expensive.

The delivery happened without warning…
The delivery happened without warning and too late for me. The guy then couldn’t find the place and kept ringing and ringing. In the end after keeping me up late he had to give up and deliver the next day. I won’t order through ubuy again.
