What can I say, love this company, the customer service is second to none. I ordered some glasses for my boyfriend for his birthday. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later he put an ice cube in one and the bottom smashed. I emailed to see if I could just order 1 of them as we have to have two, and they sent 2 new ones out free of charge. Thank you soooo much UDARELY! Continue like that and you will be here for many years to come.

I wanted to order transparent glasses but when I received my order all the glasses where black except one which was damaged. They’re suppose to offer you free return but they didn’t answer my email where I told them I received a damaged glass (with attached photos).
I'm very sorry I didn't get an apology for the damaged glass you sent me. You're also telling me there are no clear glasses but you did send me one clear glass which was broken. I haven't had any other problems receiving emails. I can try and email you from my other email address.
Update: I finally did get an apology through email. My other email inbox was full, my bad. They also sent me a new glass in place of the broken one. However they also sent me an extra glass, which was nice, but it was also broken unfortunately. Which kind of defeated the purpose. I do want to order more glasses from this website but I’m note sure I will since I received two damaged glasses already, haven’t decided yet. I also think the pictures on the website is misleading since I thought I could order transparent glass (without golden edges since you can’t put those in the dishwasher) from your website. I’m still thankful for the gesture to send me an extra glass though! Changing my grade from one to three stars.

- very accommodating and quick with their responses.
- have been issued 2 replacements, 1 to replace the chipped cup, and the other as a complimentary gift to make up for the fact that the initial cup was chipped

Giving me an extra cup just goes to show how much they value their customers and not just sale-focused.

I bought 4 glasses as a birthday present for a friend who had dreamed of them for a long time.
The glasses arrived on time and the quality of glass packaging does not leave the possibility of damage to
the glasses during transportation.
However, it turned out that 3 of 4 glasses came with defects ... (
I contacted Udarely team and received a quick response with a proposal for a solution to this problem, which completely satisfied me.

I am so sad to have to say that I’m utterly disappointed with my recent purchase. I ordered 4 of their “high quality” wine glasses and 3 of them had defects. I waited patiently for over a month for them to arrive so you can imagine my disappointment when I opened the box to find that they were dollar store quality.
Update: Udarely offered me a full refund or replacement. I chose replacement because I love the design of the glasses. The new ones came today and I’m pleased with them.
The initial frustration came from a disconnect between how Udarely represents themselves vs what arrived at my door.
Their mission statement speaks of elevating your experience to new levels using their luxury glassware.
Further more, their quality control statement states that they do not allow for any discrepancies between images/videos and what you receive. They state that their quality control looks over the items before they are shipped so that you only receive what you expect and that was simply not my experience.
I’m upping my star rating to 3 from 1 for the great customer service.

Udarely sent the wrong set of cups, but quickly corrected the issue by sending out the correct ones immediately and letting me keep the others.

We fell in love with the skull glasses initially, but when we went onto the website we found even more cool stuff and just couldn’t resist! The quality of their products are great, we were hesitant to order at first as we’ve never heard of the company but turns out the are totally genuine! We had an issue where the wrong glasses were sent out and all it took was one email and they corrected their mistake and as a gesture of good will let us keep the wrong items which was a bonus. I was so impressed with the service we received and how quick they rectified this mistake. I can confidently say what a great company, unique pieces and so professional and very pleasant to deal with. Will 1000% be purchasing from udarely again and again!
