Looks exactly as on the website. Really happy with my purchase. The customer service was also excellent and very responsive to my questions concerning the delivery. The only downside was the wait, shipping to Europe took 39 days.

Commande passée suite à une pub vue sur instagram, les tasses m’ont fait de l’œil, j’ai directement commandé les skull glasses et une capsule réutilisable. Je ne sais pas si je suis la seule à qui cela est arrivé, mais je n’ai pas reçu de mail de confirmation uniquement un sms avec un code discount. Après 2 semaines pas de nouvelles de ma commande, j’ai contacté le support client via le site, pas de nouvelles non plus, j’ai commencé à croire à une arnaque puis je les ai contacté via instagram, j’ai tout de suite reçu une réponse et au même moment une réponse du service client par mail. Ma commande est arrivé 3 jours après et je suis extrêmement satisfaite ! Ces tasses deviennent les préférées de ma collection ! 😁

Brilliant service.
We ordered 12 champagne flutes and 12 skull glasses pre-Christmas.
The glasses arrived quickly in various parcels promptly.
Even though packaging could not be better one of the champagne flutes had a tiny crack inside, maybe from production.
I informed Udarely of this and they answered my email immediately. I was sent a new flute accompanied with a complimentary flute for my trouble.
We thoroughly recommend Udarely, not only for their fantastic products but also the fast delivery, swift customer service and problem solving.

Overall fun, festive mug; some flaws
I purchased the double walled glass mug with a Christmas tree inside. It’s so lovely! I bought four so I could give three away as gifts. I wish the mug held a little more. It’s about 10 ounces. I also wish it were slightly heavier, like thicker glass. It also took over a month to receive the package but COVID plus Holiday season are to blame. Overall pleased with the product.

I ordered 2-Fir double walled cups. I received the package nicely packed 27 days after placing the order. This timeline was mentioned on their website too, I liked the transparency on the delivery timelines. The quality of cups is nice, not heavy at all. Due to the design sometimes it feels like all the weight is not distributed properly but that has nothing to do with the quality of the cup.
The cups are exactly as shown. I will recommend udarely to my friends. Overall, had a pleasant experience sipping green tea in the cup with the lid. Holds exactly the right quantity of tea for me.

Ordered this 7 weeks ago to give as Christmas gifts, well within the recommended time frame on the site. For the price, the company should have ensured a high quality delivery, but used local courier and it is still somewhere en route with no updated tracking available. Customer service is no help and also “surprised it hasn’t arrived yet.” 3 sets of mugs at a whopping $80 per and it’s wasted this Christmas. Do not recommend.
