Absolutely terrible platform to buy from and I will never use them again ….
Returned an item I purchased in nov and sent item back to them in Nov ….they did NOT give me a refund till 2nd January after numerous emails sent to customer services and now they haven’t paid me back the correct amount much less ?! so now I need to chase this up again .
This Company is unprofessional and my experience has been nothing but stressful avoid …very disappointed customer.

I purchased a pair of Christian Louboutin Ankle Boots for my daughter's birthday at the end of November. She first wore them on the 15/12/23 for four hours and the Famous Red Sole is all chipped & scrapped with white patches showing All Over the Red Sole, now this should never happen with a Genuine Christian Louboutin footwear at the same cost as Louboutin website. I'm totally disgusted as it would appear these Christian Louboutin Boots are Fake from this popular company Cettire. I have tried through their customer services to complain to no avail and there is No UK Phone Number available either absolute joke of a company!

It was the absolute worst customer service I have eeeeeeever experienced in my entire life. I ordered two products, first Valentino Boots which did not arrive as they were stolen from the parcel and a pair of Max Mara gloves. I have not received a refund for the boots that got lost until this day, they strictly say oh no this is not our fault. And my Max Mara gloves broke the first time I wore them and again they say oh sorry this is not our problem you need to fix them yourself. Even tho it obviously was a faulty product. Never ever going to buy from them again, please stay away.

I purchased a pair of boots. Delivery took a long time. Since they don’t fit I needed to send them back. I don’t know how much they will charge me for the return, £20 or more? I asked them and didn’t get an answer yet.

I brought I item from them. I wanted cancel the order. I sent to them two emails for cancel the order but no reply. I won’t recommend any body buy any thing from them

Very poor delivery , ordered Tuesday international priority delivery. Just been given a delivery date 6 days after order. I order from filson which is Italy and takes 2 days. Poor delivery time for £20

Absurd and disgusting customer service ! What a shame ! Although they sent me a damage items , they refused to take responsibility , even though I notified them immediately after I noticed that one of the earrings was damaged . I will NEVER shop from this site again .
By the way I spent a fortune at Cettire and they are willing to loose a loyal customer instead of resolving the issue caused by their horrible customer service.
Not only I am reporting them to the business better bureau in the US I will also report them to the consumer’s association in the UK .

Very poor customer service, I would avoid at all cost!
They sent me the wrong product and when I got in touch with Customer Service, it took almost 2 weeks until someone got back to me. I got my refund in the end but that took nearly almost 2 months!!!
Don't be fooled by the cheap prices. Pay the extra ££ for a reputable company.

AVOID biggest scam traders I have ever come across! God forbid if you need to return an item.
They avoid all correspondence with consumers.

I purchased a pair of boots that did not fit. Returned in exactly the same condition that they were sent to me in.
The have advised that the sole is damaged and not fit to sell.
I just received back the boots after waiting 2 weeks for a refund and have pictured the soles myself so everybody can see what absolute ludicrous liars this company are.

They couldn’t have possibly been worn because I could not get them on!

They should be reported to trading standards and shut down!

For your information if you return an item that fake and damaged like I did they will charge you 40 pounds. A 20 return fee plus 20 postage.bits criminal and a disgrace. Do not buy from cettire. That's 20 pounds per item fee. What a con. Australian not italian and it shows

My fiancé bought a belt for me and they send the wrong colour. After several mails back and forward, they would only do store credit. This is a SCAM company. I do not believe that they actually had the colour ordered. They started off by suggesting that we could have 5% off the belt if we kept it and then 10%. Do NOT buy from them.

I have ordered quite expensive bag and got really scared after reading all reviews … however , order was placed on Sunday , got tracking number on Monday and my bag was here on Wednesday looking good! Only strange thing was that is it came in farfetch box … but that didn’t bother me really .. saying all of these can’t really comment on their customer service as I didn’t have to speak to anyone

Awful! Do not buy! I bought an expensive bag on their website, used it 5 days and the handle ripped. I contacted customer services and basically was told it was my fault. Well I've had dozens of bags over the years and none have ripped after 5 days; especially since I only used it a few hours each day and I am very careful with my things, so the bag was clearly defected or a fake. How does a Michael Kors bag only last a few days??
I tried to get customer services to take some responsibility for items they sell and was told to take it to a repair shop as this was not their concern. I even got attitude from a Manager who replied to my email saying she would no longer reply to me! Rude! Honestly!! Avoid!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Further to the many other reviews, my experience of this company is reflects others. Having bought 3 pairs of trainers that were the wrong size, I missed their 14 day return deadline due to being away with work. On return and realising my mistake, I contacted customer service to be told of the restrictive return and non exchange terms. On escalation I have been messed about for three weeks being asked to take photos of all products and boxes etc to support my return, to then be told that not only will they not exchange the products, they have reverted to their original decision to not accept a return. Awful customer service and I will never purchase from this site in the future. BUYER BEWARE!

Received an item that does not look like what I ordered on the the photo. While trying to return receive the message: Sorry, we cannot pick up your parcel/s from this address, please choose other address.
This address is the address to where they item was delivered.
Anyways there is no way to change the address. Anyone knows what to do?
Customer service does not reply.

I ordered a bag as a gift for Christmas. I spent almost 300£ while they sent me a label for the item that was not collected by the courier.
Customer service was hopeless, taking several days to reply (usually the same thing), not resolving the issue. Only after the threat to report it to the police, they actually refunded me the money. Overall, the back and forth with them took over 3 months. Would not recommend to anyone.
