Took $3,000 and won't call me back
Took $3,000 and won't call me back
Once you pay they stop being helpful. They don't return calls voicemails or emails. I've been involved with them since June 2022. Paid what they said were final fees for a visa and NHS in January of 2023. Just needed a sponsor. They won't give me my file. They don't feel obligated to contact you unless it's for more money. I've got nothing to show for the thousands they've taken from me.
The level of customer service is atrocious. They lie and say you're scheduled to talk to someone and no one ever contacts you. They refuse requests for escalations to management. I've spent hours on the phone on hold.
I've talked to no less than 15 people who have all promised but for the most part failed to meet commitments to call me back or pass on requests for a supervisor or case manager.
They have my email. They have my phone number.
They don't care.
They don't have to.
They already took my money.
Don't let them have yours. Contact the OISC- Office of Immigration Services Commissioner yourself.

Do not use this company!
DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go through this company. They have also to me on multiple occasions about the timeline of when I would receive my Visa. Before giving them any money I was initially told by two different people that I would have an answer in three weeks. Two months later I was told that information was wrong and that it takes four to six months. Again that information was wrong. I waited for nine months to find out they hadn’t even submitted my application yet. I was also lied to about how much money it would cost. I paid 2500$ Canadian and was told that would be the only charges from them or anyone else. Turns out that was just their fee and it didn’t cover the visa or the healthcare surcharge. Basically they have lied to be and screwed me over for nine months and now I am having to do this all over again on my own. Unfortunately there is so much more I could tell you about how awful they are but I do not want to leave any longer of a review. Believe me when I say that they are not a good company and they need to be shut down asap!
