Initially I was looking for information on the web how to apply for a British passport I am Canadian my father was born in the UK and apparently citizenship is handed down from parent to child. I came across UK GVS and spoke with the gentleman and explained what I wanted to do. He said they do visa passports but can also stir me in the right direction for a British passport... I was passed on to another representative who took my information and after explaining everything inform me it was 800 British pounds for their services which is $1400 cdn....I wasn't too happy but paid. Now 3 days later after submitting my Canadian passport proof of address ect.... I received the phone call from another representative for the next step which he said would include lots of paperwork which would have been fine..... However then he informed me another $3,000 was due!!!!!!!!! An actual passport in the UK is 82 British pounds.... Their reasoning is it is difficult to obtain a passport and they make the process simpler all for over 4 thousand dollars😡 do yourself a favor run the other way this company are nothing but scammers.... I can't even believe there are positive reviews.

Really good customer service was provided. Good service is still the end. Really easy to work with them. All the documents are managed by the team.

Stay away from these people! They are scammers! They are only interested in your money. Their positive comments are fake. Read all the bad reviews: people have the same problem! Also, who would reply to an email after 6 pm or Sunday? Right, fraudsters would!
P.S. Liars! They reply here as if they were legit and were really concerned about complaints. They are a joke!
They will never reimburse you! They will be feeding you with useless excuses! Pathetic scammers! I hope you get what you deserve!

ukgvs still fail to honour the credit note and tell lies and different storys
They have blamed my bank for holding the money and not passing it on to me but it is ckear from my bank that ukgvs have not made a single attempt to repay me. The support team has lied and blame everyone else but themselves or ukgvs
Do not trust ukgvs this matter has been going on since September 2022 and so far i have not had any refund

No doubt the high reviews are paid for or done by employees (look how vague most of them are)

I wanted help moving to UK and I thought having someone navigate the paperwork would save me on stress. Hmm. No. They pushed and pushed for a down payment until I did it (I blame being tired and distracted)
But almost immediately I started getting a bad feeling. I advised I would not be paying anything further until work was completed, only to hear 'no need to worry about that yet'. They also said they sent me log in information, but when I pointed out the log in info they sent over was completely blank, they glossed over saying they would resend it. (Spoiler: They never did).
I went on vacation for Christmas. They started calling me at 2am and 3am in the morning. (I am in the US and my vacation only changed time zones by an hour). This troubled me further as a legitimate international company would surely note time zones and not call clients in the dead of night.
Then, the day I got back from vacation, they tried to charge my CC 3x, 2x for $200 and once for $1200.
They have a habit of responding to negative reviews advising they need paid for all the 'work and time they put in.'
Keep in mind, it is not possible they did any work at this point, because remember I didn't have any log-in info to upload anything AND I had told them I wouldn't be doing so until after vacay in any case.
I immediately reported the transactions as unauthorized to my bank and emailed them advising they had tried to take $ without permission, and they sent over an email advising they would 'refund' $198 (burying in legalese that I would still 'owe' to them something like $1100---for 100% nothing) and I would agree not to report them or leave any negative reviews. I refused and told them not to contact me again. I would not attempt to get back the 'down payment' but I wanted nothing further to do with them or their services.
They are still attempting to threaten me via email. They have taken down a similar review because I used a different email address (I have two TrustPilot accounts). I am doing this newer, more thorough one with the same address I used in hopes of saving someone else money and stress.
I have reported them. Both to Federal authorities here in the States, and internationally.
(Also, look up their address in the UK. It's one of those shady call centers.)

**Update, regarding their response, if this doesn't tell you they are a scam and not a legitimate, professional company, nothing will. Calling at 2 and 3am is best for the applicants, really?

I payed all together 3000 euros for nobody ever picking up the phone, it took weeks for someone to send an e mail again, they always say before you pay that this is the last rate and then make pressure when they want the next. Extremely unorganized, they ask you several times for the same document you did already sent months ago and I doubt they are really making visas. They cannot give any official proof to what they say about that you are eligible for settlement...
Now after running after them for months they called on their own and.... Wanted 1400 pound more!!!??? I a quite sure they neither able nor allowed the make visas they only steel your money!
Don't start the process, you Loose a lot of money for nothing!!

No it is not like this, every time someone finally wrote an e mail after I wrote that I will contact a lawyer, they had not even written down who I am an who is the girl that should get the Visum!!
I am trying to get a Visum for the Nepali girl from e very poor family so she has a chance because the conditions in Nepal are horrible, even worse since covid. So I have Paid all out of my own pocket for this girl to get a chance in her life and the company is, what ever doing with that money, but not working, not helping the girl to look for jobs, as they had promised,.... But asking for more money again!!!! After they had promised that the last payment will cover all until she steps in the plane!

SCAMMERS. They scammed me out of my money.

I was made aware of UK global visa services via a friend who was utilising their services and based on my friends recommendation, unfortunately, did not take the necessary time to research them before trusting their services.

I was told for any information on how I should proceed and the best advice regarding a visa, I needed to pay a 200 GPB down payment to start the services. I felt abit apprehensive but decided to do so.

After a few calls from the company I was just as clueless and they gave me no real information at all, merely kept asking me to pay them more for their services and that they could not do anything until I paid for the entirety of their services.

I kept asking them for some clear advice and information on how things would all work out but all they would bring up was money. They phoned me incessantly telling me I needed to make more payments, but continued to provide me with no information or assistance and refused my questions of legitimacy.

I eventually told them I would refuse to pay anymore of the remaining fees until I had some sort of guarantee that they were legit and could give me further information on my so called "personal case". And that is when they just stopped making contact with me.

This is when I became very suspicious. I approached my friend who made the recommendation. At this point in time they had made full payment to UK global visa services and were experiencing the same lack of feedback that I was. My friend kept pushing for more information just like I was but unfortunately for them they had paid the full service fee.

We are south african nationals so paying in GBP requires alot of money. The 200 pounds I paid was a major portion of my monthly salary which went to waste. I demanded a refund and said I would no longer be needing their services and they refused to give me my 200 pounds back. They provided me with no information and absolutely no service. I was scammed out of my 200 pounds.

To add insult to injury one of the employees who was assigned my complaint and my refund did not know how to behave in a professional manner. He accused me of very outlandish and unsubstantiated claims and personally insulted me as a client.

They are irrational and uncapable of handling your complaints in a comprehensive and Profesional manner.

Please do not trust them, especially if you are a foreignor using a weaker currency.

This happened a few months ago.
Since then I have found another companies services. And trust me the difference in legitimacy was seen almost immediately. They answered all my questions and booked in calls to assist me before ever asking for a payment and they have continued to help me throughout.

Do not utilise UK global visas. There are far better companies willing to clarify and assist you who do not focus on their own pockets and demand money before they are even certain they are able to assist you.

The employees were honest, helpful, and extremely nice. I highly recommend UK global visa services to anyone looking to obtain a UK visa. They are the best !

All the employees were great. Everyone is so nice and respectful. They truly made my process of immigrating to the UK smooth and easy. I highly recommend this company!!

Firstly, I am a man of communication and am unable to work with people who show a lack of this. The UKGVS were phenomenal with the level of professionalism and communication that was provided some every few weeks there was an update with out even me asking.

They made me feel extremely comfortable because they gave me my own personal Assitant basically as well as a manager for my case.

Update I am expecting my skilled worker visa within the the next month.

Cannot thank them enough from helping move myself and family from Palastina to the UK.

SCAM! UKGVS is a scam. Look them up in Twitter, they got their page suspended.They will ask for payment snd then ask for more information, even if you have previously provided to them.
When you ask for your money back they will say that they have dpent hours and they cannot refund
Please do not trust them and report them to Uk authorities
