I am allergic to bureaucracy and get extremely stressed by it. Therefore I contacted UKgvs to help me with the daunting task of getting a visa to live in the U.K. . Right from the beginning I have been treated with great care and cordiality. My case worker has been a trustworthy collaborator, keeping me constantly reassured and in the loop of the progress. Without him and the rest of the team I would have felt very vulnerable and unsure as of what to do. Nothing is ever straight forward or easy when it comes to bureaucracy and having professional support that know what they’re doing has been incredibly helpful to me. My journey has been long and sometimes very stressful but I’ve got my visa in the end, thanks to UKgvs.

This may get long, but here's my story from a different angle, which you may find interesting.

Not until I have read reviews and seen the red flags myself, I have come to realize that yes it's a sketchy, too-good-to-be-true company. So let me share my experiences.

1. Some gentleman called me for an initial assessment and it was quite a good conversation, straightforward, and professional (the same thing the most reviews I have read), only to end up having me pay up £790 upfront. I should've known better because the moment when I gave my CC details, it should be a red flag automatically, but I was in a moment of weakness and was also caught off guard. But yeah, I shelled out £790.

2. You will receive an invoice receipt and some welcome emails. They're even going to give you login credentials to their website to see the progress of your application, BUT the credentials won't work, so I emailed them

3. In conjunction with number 2, I emailed them about not being able to login to the site, I got a response from them more than 4 days since I emailed them, AND this is 2nd red flag for me - In the subject line, it says there "RE: [SPAM] Re: Login Credentials" - so what's up with the spam in the subject line? Did my email go to their spam folder? It was strikingly weird for me especially if this is an official inquiry about the service I just paid for.

3. Few days passed, and this is when someone called me, who is my "account manager", I was on the phone with her and then it was quite uncomfortable over the phone when I am hearing loud music in the background. I mean if she is working from home, she would've been in a more quiet room. I could hear the loud, obnoxious Justin Bieber music in the background. For me, it's extremely unprofessional.

4. Okay so this is when the red flag was raised even higher. They sent me the evaluation, which gave me some kind of relief because at least I got something from the £790 I paid, but when I opened the document, this is when my heart sank.

How would you feel if a document is presented to you, albeit a serious and legal document, and it was an unprofessional and sloppy piece of document? Like the graphics are of bad quality, the formatting is a mess, fonts used are of different sizes - bottom line is, the document is a hot mess! As a graphic designer, I have my eyes on these details. I know what a legit document looks like. So when she was saying her piece, I went to google and this is when I felt I am about to pass out - TONS of feedback telling only one thing, that this is a scam. More bad stuff about them than good, and it also makes me question the “good” ones.

Because of this badly designed, poorly formatted, and amateur-produced material, immediately raised a red flag, a massive, screaming over-the-top red flag, and seeing the reviews about UKGVS just added fuel to the fire.

Everything she was saying over the phone was all but static and noise to my ears as I couldn't wrap my head around the idea that I am being scammed. So when she is about to transfer to a different call, I immediately dropped the call and went into airplane mode so no one could call me up.

A few days went by and I was receiving calls, saying the number is from the US and Canada, I have a hunch that it was them so I blocked the numbers.

What I have found initially is enough for me to say that it is a scam and I will not allow them to make me pay more. To those who have read this, hope this will make you not only think twice but really, DON'T F***ING DO IT! It's embarrassing but it's a hard-taught lesson,

I just want to give a huge thank you to the workers at UKGVS who helped me in this process.

I first found UKGVS in march. I found them on google and put my information on their website probably one hour after I signed up I got called by a really sweet lady named Sarah. Sarah spent an hour explaining everything to me on the phone and then helped me register my case with them.

Once Sarah helped me register my case I was put through to the customer support who helped me start doing the paper work. After i filled in the first questionaries My case was assigned to what has to be the nicest woman in the world Mrs Emma. Here I must mention that I was really stressed because Mrs Emma explained to me all the rest of the process to get my visa and it was so complicated and long i nearly had a panic attack on the phone but Mrs Emma was soooo calming and reassuring and over the last 6 months she probably explained me the same things a hundred times and no matter how many times i asked the same questions she would always answer me calmly and tell me not to feel bad to ask because as she says "all she has is time and patience".

Without Mrs Emma holding my hand and keeping me calm i probably would have had a heart attack 6 times. But in the end it was worth all the stress because I just got Back from the Application Centre with my Visa and I am literally ecstatic me and my daughter will finally be able to start our new lives in the UK and there is literally no way this would have happened without UKGVS and especially Sarah Mrs Emma and of course the support team who have helped me all this time.

I must say that i was super happy by the service i received from UK GVS. I signed up on their website and within 30 minutes I got called by one of their agents. The agent Ronnie was super duper helpful and answered all of my questions. ( I was worried i wouldn't get my visa on time because when I went to TLS they told me the processing time quadrupled and is around 2 months now because the Home Office is prioritizing Ukrainian Humanitarian visas so their is a huge backlog) After I paid a few hundred pounds to Ronnie for them to expedite my application he then transferred me to their back office where Abe and James helped fill out all the paper work sent me a checklist of everything i needed to send them all in the same phone call. Now a week and a half later I am ready to fly with my Visa in hand just in time for my brothers birthday.

All in all it was a great experience, super professional agents very efficient and they got me my visa in less than two weeks when the TLS told me it would would take 7-8 weeks

I don’t understand why they have overall good scores, this company is scamming people. Over the phone they sound very professional but after you pay, things become real. I believe the agents use fake names as it’s impossible to find the business or the agents on reputable sites like LinkedIn. I was sceptical about giving them my card details but the agent assured me it was safe, but few days after I gave them my details I received an extra charge that I did not initiate! I have asked them for a full refund but they say it’s not possible even though I have not started the process at all. I’m currently treating this as a case of fraud and will go to the highest lengths possible. You’re better off doing this process yourself.
Please UKGVS don’t reply with any generic message, just process the refund.

UK GVS charged a family member an exorbitant fee to assist with a UK tourist visa but their delays resulted in the application being submitted late. In addition, they made basic mistakes in the application form and took forever to fix it. They were unable to escalate and fast track the application and the visa did not arrive by the time of the flight. It was difficult to get any responses out of them. Very poor service and would NOT recommend using them at any costs.

They are SCAMMM!!! they called me every day and answered my emails very fast, but as soon as I paid the whole amount of 1000€ they stopped answering!!! they even provided a UK government-approved advisor's name and code. I contacted the guy before paying and he said he is working with them and will wait till he gets my case from this company. (which means he approved they are legit!!) after I got in touch with him he said he stopped his collaboration with UKGVS!!!!! and he did not take any responsibility also and he's name is on the UK.GOV list as immigration advisor! the company is not answering my emails and the phone number is disconnected!! unfortunate no one is paying attention to these thieves! even UK government!

I used this company so that my wife could get a spoucal visa, as I'm a UK Citizen.

I made a payment with my credit card (which was a little worrying) but they sent me receipts while I was still on the phone.
My case was handled by an OISC Adviser and now my wife and I we are together in Sussex, UK.
I highly recommend this company, fair prices and very professional.
