After my visa was rejected, I was super scared to apply again. I luckily came across UKGVS, they handled all of government stuff on my behalf sand told me literally what is needed. Now, my visa was approved... can't thank them enough.

I turned to UKGVS to obtain a work visa in the UK, and my first contact with the agency happened in January 2023. From then on I paid the sum of £799 for the agency fees and from then on I made other payments for a total of £3600 for "government taxes".I found the company willing to sponsor me and having the first interview on November 2023, consequently, I received the job offer starting on March 4th. UKGVS was aware of any progress. in March 2024, 2 weeks after starting the job, the company that was supposed to sponsor me warns me that I don't have the right to work in the UK. Suspicious, I try to contact the responsible for my application for UKGVS, he denied I was ready to work in the UK and that I would have to pay another £1600. I am not registered on the government as a visa applicant, this agency has done nothing for me in 14 months, making me waste money, time and opportunities. As they failed to provide evidence of their work I realize I have been scammed, UKGVS is not even registered in the Company House and therefore not a legit organisation. DO NOT TRUST THEM

I hired UK Global Visa in June of 2022 to help me obtain my Visa. I wanted to travel in June of 2024 and provided them with this target date. I proceeded to take their evaluation, paid my initial money and sent in all requested documents. My caseworker, lost all my documents at least 6 times and I had to constantly resend them. She also called me hours before our scheduled appointments, which was middle of the night for me. When payments were due she would either not send me the link for a month or more, or call me hours in advance and then complain I didn't answer the phone. I worked very patiently with them and made my final payment for services in August 2023. Their attorney, reviewed my file -which initially she said was "empty" meaning my case manager had lost my items again- and then stated she finally was able to locate them in a different file. She stated it was all good to go, and I should expect to get my Biometrics scan in 10 - 15 days. After 2 months of waiting and asking about my appointment I was informed that I needed to be more patient. In January 2024 they gave me a new case manager, and told me that a brand new law in the UK now required my sponsor to have a job. I informed them of that requirement being in place since 2013 and asked why it was "new" to them. Instead of answering me they began to make excuses, request more information, tell me it was "dangerous" to submit my application as it was, and then said "Don't worry, we will just expedite your case and you will be good to travel on your originally planned date." They then changed my case manager again to who said he would have to "get up to speed" on my case. He then took from the end of February 2024, when requirements for salary were 18,600 pounds annually, until after April 11, 2024 when the salary requirement went up to 29,000 annually, to come back to me telling me we didn't make enough money and my application was on hold. I provided him with pages of documentation showing that we exceeded the new standard by thousands of pounds, even when the law stated 18,600 was enough, so stopped responding to me. This is the poorest excuse for government certified consultancy service out there. They lie, steal your money, make ignorant excuses, can't decipher the UK laws, and are incredibly unprofessional. I have requested a refund multiple times in writing with no response at all until they told me to be patient after leaving a bad review here 2 weeks ago. I have sought legal counsel to address the mounting financial burden they have placed on me and my family through their deceit and unethical practices. I have hired another agency to help me, and in 6 days have gotten through the application process and will be going for Biometrics this week. I put my faith in UK Global and trusted them to help me and my family immigrate successfully and be able to enter into British life as successfully and smoothly as possible. I do not believe this company ever had any intention of helping me to immigrate and they need to be struck off for ruining other people's lives. Beware of UK Global Visa. Do not trust them to give you advise or to honor their contract with you. The most honest response you can expect to get from them is what you'll find here where they say they know it can be frustrating to navigate the immigration laws. It's actually easy to understand UK Visa laws; it is impossible to get help navigating those laws from UK Global Visa. BEWARE!

I asked for a refund since day 20 November 2023, still have not received but excuses, i have hire a lawyer In UK for he Said no company in UK must not take longer then 60 days by law to refund the unhappy costumers, so his taking care of the problem, if the UKGVS does not refund me soon i Will see then soon on court! They are a scam dont trust them!

I hired UKGVS for a UK work visa and seemed so professional at first.. BUT after paying over 1K and being told those were the only costs I was hit with an additional 5K to continue. They are smooth talkers and convinced me to proceed and swore there would be no further costs. After months of preparation I got the call saying I was approved. Yay. Except they needed an additional 6600USD to complete! I asked to speak w my point person, but he conveniently has disappeared. I asked for a supervisor, was told impossible. I asked them to verify I indeed had an application submitted and they gave me a reference number for an OISC agent which does NOT prove that they are actually working with them NOR that I have an application. I was told if I did not pay right NOW my entire file would be deleted by their system! I'm embarrassed to say I proceeded with 50% (the minimum requirement) bc I was in shock and in a panic. I then called UK government visa office and told I simply need to provide my application referral number and then they can verify. I have asked 6 times for this and am continually dodged. Everyone I know who has applied through professional means has this number the moment the application is submitted. Why will they not give me one? My guess is there is NO application. After a deep dive I see the parent company has 5 others all with similar fraud/scam. These 5 star reviews are clearly bogus. Please TrustPilot... do not allow more people like me to be taken based on their approval rating on your site.

I was initially worried about the complex document requirements, but UKGVS took care of everything. They made the process stress-free, and I am delighted with the outcome.

they said they would reimburse me but they gave me false proof, I spoke to my bank and they don't recognize this proof.
Be very careful with this company, they told me to delete the comments that spoke badly about the company in exchange for a refund, I deleted them and the refund still hasn't arrived in my account for 2 months.
I ask you to be very careful with this company, they are criminals, liars.
They pay people to write good reviews.

I rang a few agents and got little help or advice.
Once I rang Global Visa, what a differebt story !
Mani was extremely helpful and professional. In a matter of moments, he was able to find my original visa confirmation on line and had sent me a copy .

Total scam from the beginning

I would put "0" stars but it is not foreseen here. 5 stars reviews are written by themselves. This company provides NO service. They give you a completely false information on their services by phone, ask you to pay immediatelly but do no perform any work for you . You will be told beautiful stories how hard they work and how many times they are trying to contact you by phone by email on sunday at 8 am in the morning. When you try to understand what exactly UK GVS did for your case they are not able to disclose any information. So do not use them , do not work with them !
If you are one of the victims as many of us here reporting, please file your report to the appropriate institution . They should be suit for manipulations.

Je mettrais bien "0" étoile mais ce n'est pas prévu ici. Les commentaires à 5 étoiles sont écrits par eux-mêmes. Cette société ne fournit AUCUN service. Ils vous donnent des informations complètement fausses sur leurs services par téléphone, vous demandent de payer immédiatement mais n'effectuent aucun travail pour vous. On vous racontera de belles histoires sur leur travail acharné et le nombre de fois qu'ils essaient de vous contacter par téléphone ou par email le dimanche à 8 heures du matin. Lorsque vous essayez de comprendre ce que UK GVS a fait exactement pour votre cas, ils ne sont pas en mesure de divulguer la moindre information. Ne faites donc pas appel à eux, ne travaillez pas avec eux !
Si vous êtes l'une des victimes, comme beaucoup d'entre nous ici, veuillez déposer votre plainte auprès de l'institution appropriée. Ils devraient être poursuivis pour manipulation et l'escroquerie.

04/08/2023 update: do not trust any replies from them , always bear in mind that you are dealing with the manipulators and scammers from the beginning. Honest people will never ask you to pay thousands of £ upfront
