I strongly advise against using this company. While the initial service fee of £24.95 was acceptable, they subsequently debited my account continuously for five months and owe me a total of £74.85 which still has not been refunded. I consider them to be fraudulent and believe they retain card details for unauthorized transactions. Their business practices are deceptive; I recommend seeking services elsewhere. I have already reported their conduct to my bank. Dealing with this company has been an exceptionally negative experience. They are SCAMMERS!

Fast service, and even when a mistake was made they corrected it and put it right and no extra charge , they could do with an automatic reply on the customer service email so you know you’re email has been recorded , but the service is good value for money and great if you don’t have time to visit the doctor in person due to work commitments

I was not satisfied with the service, both in terms of response times (taking hours, despite having paid for the most expensive and fastest option) and the doctor's professionalism; the doctor wrote a certificate that was completely confused, mixing up a work-related sick note with a standard medical certificate of illness. The certificate was issued without the patient's date of birth or home address. It was rejected, and I had to consult another professional. I strongly advise against using this service. I paid for the subscription for £34 or whatever for unlimited consultations because I have quite a few medical issues that need addressing. I got the email approval and shortly thereafter I got my prescription ID. That was great and very fast.

However, after I've logged into my account (yes it's the correct email) it's trying to get me to pay for an updoc Plus subscription. That is what I already paid for -- I have proof of charge, the email and everything.

I emailed and received a response that just implied I was using the wrong email-- which, again, I'm not -- and I replied with all the evidence. That was last week and I have been ignored since then.

Very quick and easy to use, saved me the hassle of booking an appointment and sitting in the waiting room with other sick patients just to receive my medical certificate, so thank you.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!! I’ve been wanted to cancel my subscription A MILLION TIMES BUT THEY WONT LET ME an error page would appear everytime I try to cancel on their website , USING THE CORRECT EMAIL LINKED TO MY SUBSCRIPTION. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS WHATSOEVER AND HAVE BEEN CHARGED 25 POUNDS FOR MONTHS!!!!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM. I will be suing for this I have the means to and I AM NOT AFRAID TO SHUT DOWN THIS BUSINESS.
