Communication difficult
UPDATED AFTER UPDOC FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH. I paid for a Health Certificate but at the current time 5 days after I applied it has not been posted according the Royal Mail Tracker. Apparently UPDOC say Royal Mail did not scan it due to Mail Office problems. I am delayed with visa application. I had problems getting in touch with Updoc. They should try to be more contactable. But the customer help number just gives recorded message of an email address. It took some time to get any reply to email and this is urgent. Finally got an apology but still late and stressed. Let's hope it turns up soon (even if it will be a week late). UpDoc have been helpful since and I appreciate the reply below

We've checked our records and can confirm your Partner Doctor posted your certificate via Royal Mail, which typically arrives within 1-2 working days. Delays can occasionally occur with Royal Mail, especially during busy periods, and as delivery is managed entirely by them, we're unable to speed up or influence their process directly.
We've arranged for your Partner Doctor to re-sign and resend your documents and these have been posted today and should reach you by Monday.

Wet ink medical certificate has still…
Wet ink medical certificate has still not been posted, its already been 8 days despite advertising 2 day turn around. I sent an email checking where my documents are and there has been no response after 2 days. Very poor service, i will likely have to contact my bank to reverse the transaction...
14 days later still no documents in the post, the tracking link they sent is still not working. I didn't believe the bad reviews when i read them before placing an order...please do not make the same mistake. Medical certificates do not get delivered! Its a scam. £60 gone down the drain.

Definitely worth the subscription
Definitely worth the subscription, to have medical needs at your finger tips and great service. I loved not having to wait on hold to get into the regular dr clinic and appointments are always a long wait on top of that. I got a simple prescription within a couple hours instead of having to wait days for an in person appointment. I’ll also add the tracking in the app is great to keep an eye on when the dr is going to call you!
