Very efficient experience. Received my medical letter in under an hour

It’s very good

The doctors have all exceeded my expectation, they have done full assessments. This Telehealth service is worth every cent, the wait times are short and you walk out with answers. As a senior clinician in a hospital I can often see faults in the medical system, but I cannot fault Updoc.

They were so quick, way to use website doctor was lovely. If your unwell and can’t get to a doctor this is the next best thing

Simple and easy to use

I live in remote regional of WA, getting an appointment with a gp next available consultation was tomorrow. I needed something for today, plus it costs me less to do it on here then at our local health centre which was $100.

My poor daughter is beside herself. Applied and paid for (plus recorded delivery) a medical certificate for her Spanish visa to which she has still not received. E-mailed them, can't get through on the phone, very poor service. She's supposed to be leaving in 2 weeks and can't get it it apostled until she gets the physical copy! Ref: 6617544554762330649

The only downside was I found the website a bit clunky, other than that, it was excellent.

EDIT after their response: to be clear, this is not a process issue, they simply do not issue or post the certificates even after they say they do. I used someone else (zoomdoc) and got it delivered in a day.

Original: Awful. As you can see in all the other 1-star reviews, they never actually post the physical copy and blame it on Royal Mail.

The tracking reference provided shows that the parcel hasnt been posted. When you reach out to then “as a gesture of goodwill” they re-post it for you, but they never provide tracking reference.

Its been 2 weeks, initiating a chargeback.

Wish I had read all the reviews before I used this company. My experience follows the same pattern as other sufferers; I had an electronic reply almost immediately and an e-medical letter with the assurance that the wet ink documents would follow within 2 days and that I would be issued with a tracking number as soon as they were dispatched.....that was last Thursday and still nothing, not even a tracking number to check. I also need the document urgently for a visa appointment so it looks as if I will have to go to another company and lose my money? Very fed up and annoyed

I applied for a medical certificate (proof of vaccination history) for a Visa on Saturday early afternoon and received a payment confirmation and an email entitled "🙌 Thank you! Get some rest while your Partner Practitioner reviews" fairly quickly afterwards. The latter email includes a confirmation to click on to check the status of consultation, but when I click into the link, it requires a Letter Reference ID, which I don't have (all I have is a payment reference).

I assume the approach is to provide the Letter ID once the consultant has issued the letter, but it would be helpful to know what the status is regardless (I.e. if the request has been allocated to a Doctor but not yet completed, it would be comforting to know this). If the email i received is trying to say that it's been allocated to a Doctor already or there is a known ETA, I think this could be made clearer in the email content.

I sent a follow up email at 1pm (Monday) and have not heard back yet as at COB Tuesday.

I will update this review as the situation progresses.

Urgent request still unresolved

I initially had a positive experience with Updoc, but unfortunately an urgent follow-up request has now been outstanding for several days.

I have contacted the support team multiple times and was subsequently informed through the status service that my request had been assigned to a Partner Practitioner and would be reviewed within the next few hours. Despite this, I am still waiting and have received no meaningful update.

The matter is extremely time-sensitive and I have made Updoc aware of the deadline.

I am simply asking for someone from the Updoc UK team to locate my case, escalate the outstanding request and provide me with an update as soon as possible.
