Brought two Vauxhall vivaros from them, was told over the phone they were A1 condition, when they were delivered I missed the people dropping them off, well were do I start, both vans had spray jobs both looked like a 3 year old had done them, runs everywhere, dust in the paint, over spray, used or all silicone on the joints so the paint had bleached, sent one back had to wait over two weeks to get it back was supposed to serviced there hadn’t been done to neither, was told to get a quote for the other van as I had a body repair company by us, they refused the quote so had it alter three times and still refused, van came back not really any better and still no service, so they said they would pay me what it would cost them to get the spray job done, would pay for the oil and the filters but not the labour, what a load of cowboys, things missing on van had to moither to get them, took 11 months to get the V5 after about 20 emails. Thought they would be a decent company till the vans turned up and the after sales were a joke.

Paid 19k for a van online , supposed to have been serviced ?, no book stamps & paid £199 for AA check ?, van delivered , oil light on , service indicator light on & low fuel warning, not a great customer experience & when I questioned the delivery of the Van got told to bring it back for a service & check over, I wasn’t prepared to drive nearly 209 miles & lose a days pay for incompetence of Vanwise, buying process & delivery was good but I don’t understand how a vehicle was allowed to be delivered without the basics been checked over , & been told the vehicle had service history when it hadn’t. Would think twice about using Vanwise in future to buy our vans.

We've attempted to buy three vans from Vanwise, the first one was apparently having warranty work completed at the main VW dealer, that went on for 10/12 weeks, never once did we apply pressure we just wanted the van, we never did get it. The second one, a 19 plate was in a shocking state body and preparation wise, looked like it had been repaired by a man with a trowel and 4" paint brush, we rejected this one. The third was sort of alright and we've carried on with it, however after 4 months, countless phone calls and emails we still have no logbook. Then there's the £199 fee for breakdown, Guardex and check, just a con to extract another £199, vehicles poorly cleaned, my 12 year old could do better, no evidence of any Guardex and don't need a warranty as the vehicle is still covered by the manufacturer. We buy 150 vans a year and I've never received such slack, ill disciplined service, we had a few emails from a manager/director who used vocabulary of a surfing dude, laughable. Steer clear.

Never another word heard 02/03/2022, says it all

I sent an email got an appointment at my convenient time i requested. 3 vehicles i wanted to see so too get an idea , one of them was exceptional and decided too take that one . The salesman who helped me decide was excellent very helpful and informative , answered all my questions could not ask for better help , so Thank you i would recommend this branch to anyone who asked me about a van .

Excellent service from start to finish. Ordered car on a Saturday and had it delivered by the Wednesday even with the issues that are going on at the moment.

WE BOUGHT A NEW VAN FROM VANWISE IN SEPTEMBER 2020 WE ALREADY HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY AND ITS STAFF WE WERE USING THE VEHICLE 07/01/2021 THE VEHICLE BROKE DOWN NOT BLAMING VANWISE FOR THAT THINGS HAPPEN WE DIDNT SEE A PROBLEM AS WE HAD PAID £199.00 WHICH AS ADVERTISED ON THE VANWISE WEBSITE WE HAVE 12 MONTHS AA ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE WHEN WE CALLED THE AA THEY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT OUR SUPPOSED MEMBERSHIP WE GAVE THEM ALL THE VEHICLE DETAILS BUT WE HAVE NO MEMBERSHIP NUMBER NO PAPER WORK EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE PAID £199.00 SO THEREFORE VANWISE HAS STOLEN OUR MONEY THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM US AND WE HAVE NO COVER (is this better trust pilot don’t want to upset VANWISE )

BUT ITS OK WE ARE OUT OF POCKET WE HAVE LOST MONEY BECAUSE VANWISE TOOK THE MONEY FROM US BUT WE DIDNT GET THE AA COVER SORRY TRUST PILOT I REALLY CANT EXPLAIN IT ANY EASIER OR MORE HONESTLY VANWISE CHARGED US £199.00 FOR 12 MONTHS ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE BUT NEVER GAVE US THE COVER ASK THEM IN FACT PHONE THE AA ASK THEM VANWISE STOLE OUR MONEY SIMPLE AS THAT IF VANWISE HAVE OR DO NOTHING WRONG THEN THEY HAVE EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO DEFEND THEMSELVES OR IS IT MORE A CASE TRUST PILOT ONLY WANT NICE REVIEWS DONT WANT TO UPSET THERE CUSTOMERS IF PEOPLE LIKE US OUR CENSORED FROM TELLING THE TRUTH HOW ARE OTHER PEOPLE GOING TO KNOW THAT THEY SHOULD BE CAUTIOUS HAD WE SEEN BAD REVIEWS WE WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT FROM VANWISE IF WE ARE LYING THEN VANWISE CAN EXPLAIN IN WRITING WHY THEY TOOK £199.00 FOR AA COVER BUT HAVE NOT PROVIDED THE COVER VANWISE HAVE OUR DETAILS WHY HAVE THEY NOT BEEN IN TOUCH AS THEY DID THE LAST TIME I PUT A BAD REVIEW ON TO TRUST PILOT THEY CONTACTED US CRYING THAT WE SHOULD RETRACT THE STATEMENT WE REFUSED THEN AND WE ARE REFUSING NOW.

Having just received my 2016 Honda CRV , I wish to show my utmost appreciation to Vanwise especially Aman , who guided and help me through the entire process of purchasing my pristine CRV in a part exchange transaction. The Honda itself is immaculate and the service from Aman was very professional , even with a few little minor hiccups Aman guided me through to complete the deal to a first class standard . £15,000 van within 4 weeks less than 1000 miles needed full service knackered battery auto stop has never worked have refused to help out in any way , a rip off company and they knew the van was purchased for an animal rescue centre DISCUSTING SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO TRADE

Liars & cheats, I bought a van off of these guys for my business in May, it was delivered during lockdown and I was told I only get one set of keys until I confirmed I was happy with the van. It is now 5 months on and I’ve been chasing them for the second key for months, I’ve been told it’s in the post, Covid delays and backlogs etc etc and finally sent me an email to say sorry we don’t have a second key tough luck basically. It’s a year old van which I paid over 18k for, they were quick to take the money but the after service has been so poor. Not returning calls or emails just hoping that I’ll go away. I still haven’t even received a v5 for the vehicle, service book owners manual etc. they are blaming Covid again but I recently bought another van from a dealer and received the logbook in 3 weeks! I would avoid these guys they are absolutely terrible to deal with. They give car/van dealers a bad name, think they can just lie to you and fob you off constantly until you get fed up. I’m not letting this one go I’m afraid, sort this mess out or I’ll be looking at court action.

Recently used Vanwise to purchase a VW Transporter to replace my 18 year old VW. They had a good choice of vans, were knowledgeable on the product and professional throughout. Both Taj and John helped me make a choice and when I pointed out a few things with the vehicle they were able to put these right before I collected the van. All in all a good reliable service and I have recommended them to several friends. Just hoping the spare key might turn up which I understand wasn’t delivered with the van when it came into Vanwise- let’s hope!

Just to say thanks to John and Taj for answering all my questions and making the process so straightforward. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

I bought a Mercedes Vito from them on 22nd July. It was advertised as having parking sensors. When I drove it away and got it home I realised the sensors were not working. After much to and fro a lovely lady, Zara sorted it out for me.

The reason I am giving it a 4 and not a 5 is that when they have their cars checked over by the AA, they should make sure that the AA does a proper job. Our van was obviously missing a vital component, and to add to that the tyre has a massive screw in it, which is obvious if you know Mercedes Vito because the warning message about tyres persists on the onboard screen.

But anyway, I am still happy with the Van. thanks, guys
