Vcomfort Reviews

Really enjoying my massage chair, particularly the 20 minute stretch programme. It has really helped to keep my back problems at bay. I use my chair 1-2 times every day, and my parents have used it when they have visited. My mum reported a noticeable improvement to her hips and back after just 2x20 minute massages. Best prices on the market, and trust me I really shopped around. My advice is to treat yourself, it will the best gift you ever buy for yourself. It was for me. Thank you VComfort.

Mo very helpful and easy to deal with, chair very good so far, thank you!

Great service from these guys and I love my massage chair!

After sales service is amazing.

Bought 2 chairs from them already.

1st one was too big to get in the door. They sent me a detailed video showing how to disassemble.

2nd chair needed a spare part and they sent me it without hesitation and best of all free of charge.

Thank you so much.

Very good contact and delivery service
Populate friendly team who put chair together and also cleared wrapping and took it all away
The chair is amazing 🤩

The customer service was exceptional, they dismantled the massage chair to bring it in to our home & reassembled the chair in our living room. They tested it all out & did not leave until we were satisfied. We are pleased with our purchase. Thank you

First class service all the way
communication excellent , customer service excellent 👏 can not fault a thing and the delivery men were so so lovely and so helpful, nothing was to much trouble and they were so polite 😀

Great product delivered on time with installation and demonstration. Called before arriving. Worked around our requirements very well thanks. Took away all the packaging and made tidy. Great service.

A excellent, quality product. Delivered on time and very professionally. It was a real pleasure doing business with them, this is how it should be, absolutely stress free. I cannot speak highly enough about them. Lovely people.

Mo was extremely helpful from start to finish. He demonstrated several of the chairs at the Manchester showroom and then assisted me in making the best choice of chair for me. He answered all questions I had and even came along to deliver and assemble the chair at my home. Amazing service from start to finish, and a wonderful T-Rok chair to ease my pain. Thank you VComfort

The guys are nice, helpful, polite and smile on their face. They done the job carefully and efficiently. The goods delivered on time. They taught me all the functions of how to use it.

100% friendly totally went out of their way to accommodate us. Above and beyond service

Overall the experience was great. Although we have experienced some minor technical issues with the massage chair, the staff responsed to our enquiry and solved them promptly. They were very friendly and professional. And of course, the massage chair is very comfortable.

Amazing customer service from Vcomfort. Everything went as promised. Delivery spot on time and by two very helpful delivery people who unpacked the chair and took away the very comprehensive protective packaging. The chair itself is fantastic value for money and does everything I need. Very comprehensive massage.

Excellent product and very helpful with installation. 10/10 customer services and communication. Thank you

The product looks great and is as described. The delivery team did a superb job to ensure the chair was brought in the house and put in position with everything ready to go. They also provided a demo and made sure I was fully comfortable before leaving. Top class service. Thank you.
