My experience with veritas was amazing they fought my housing disrepair claim with great effort and excellent communication all the way threw I would recommend them to anyone m.hills

We were contacted by them in January 2026- promised for all of our repairs and housing works. This is where we were going back and forth for months with very poor communication- waiting months at a time whilst our housing conditions got worse.
Currently, no works have been completed nor has any compensation been paid, would definitely not recommend.

I would put my life with Veritas Solicitors no matter wot Taha and the team has been bye my side and helped me through wot ever situation wot had happened and I can't thank Taha and his team enough he's like my grandad haha 😂 😂 joking aside I wouldn't go anywhere else and I would advise anybody whom is looking 4 a solicitor Please take my word and go WITH VERITAS and you will not be disappointed TRUST ME ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I initially engaged with Veritas Solicitors in relation to the widely reported misselling of car finance packages in 2022. My initial claim was picked up quickly and I was told that following Veritas' review of my finance documentation my claim would be worth in excess of £7,000 - a number that was way north of what I was expecting to hear. Given this review of my finance documentation and their assurance that my case was worth pursuing I engaged Veritas' services.

What followed was years of no communication or engagement, and whilst this improved following complaints on my side, ultimately this has resulted in them coming back to me saying my case is now not worth pursuing... only 4 years later.

I find it baffling that a company pursuing cases of misselling has actively engaged in misselling tactics to try and secure business - if my case had been properly reviewed at the first point of contact it's clear to me that this conclusion could have been reached 4 years ago to benefit of everyone involved.

In short, I would avoid Veritas Solicitors, it is clear to me that their operating approach is one of over promising and under delivering, I wouldn't have any confidence in them to deal with even the most basic of cases.

My case was housing disrepair damp mould etc, it had been going on backwards and forwards with the dragging of feet the reports and counterclaims, their solicitor for the landlord does when they know they could have done better or try to put the claim back to the tenent but in the end my case was resolved and It has been agreed that the works will be completed , at some date and I have won a payout which came in handy due to some circumstances but hey something is better than nothing.
In the end I have to thank Mr Taha for all his help and support throughout the final stages of this case.
With his help and the Veritas solicitors we have come to a successful outcome.
I am very happy with the result I recommend them anytime as they stuck to the task at hand and pushed for a settlement that was more than enough.

Veritas Solicitors represented me with a medical malpractice claim on behalf of my late Mother's Estate. During the three years it took to settle to claim (all delays on the side of the hospital) the paralegal dealing with my case, Lestyn Davies, who handled the majority of the case (after a couple of changes in paralegal early on) was nothing but clear, empathic, patient and helpful. Veritas went out of their way to take this case forward despite obstacles from insurers and other hurdles. I have no doubt they knew or suspected the valuation would come in far below the amount that would cover the work they put into it in terms of their fee's but I never felt sidelined or rushed. Lestyn went beyond the call of duty to answer questions in detail over email and phone and was never difficult to contact or slow to reply. I never felt pushed to accept an offer or settle lower than they felt was possible to speed things up, and I never felt pushed to extend the case for a better settlement. At the conclusion of the case Lestyn offered to negotiate for a letter of apology in addition to the settlement just to ensure I felt heard and understood by the hospital which would have extended his workload on the case without additional fee benefit to Veritas. Three years trying to gain closure on what happened to my mother could have been a stressful nightmare but dealing with Veritas made the process comfortable, easy to understand and as stress free as could have been possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to someone else and cannot emphasise enough how greatful I am for the professionalism and clarity offered by Lestyn himself throughout.

It's went really well I'm waiting on my repairs now and I'm expecting my payout so all went well with my case and my file handler is anika khan

Anika and James were incredible, Anika had the upmost patience and consistency with my case, very supportive and efficient. She was also very understanding with my delays. She had put in so much work over a good couple years, along with James, he was just absolutely amazing, he is so good at what he does, the judge even pointed out how good he is. And for that we all received a positive outcome. Very thankful and appreciative.

From the very first contact I made to the final email from Veritas it has been what would have been a very stressful time, a much better experience than I could have imagined. They explained every step of the journey and will keep going and deal with every issue I wouldn’t have known how to deal with.And worked very hard which should be praised for all the hard work from everyone involved at their end.
