⚠️ Stay far away from this dodgy company! They act nice at the start, but the moment it matters, they vanish — no updates, no communication, no professionalism. They’re more like pushy market traders than a proper business. Total waste of time. If I could, I’d slap them with a 0️⃣ stars rating!

My car finance claim has been going for over 3 years. Way before the Aug 2025 Supreme Court decision. They’ve had plenty of time in advance. 10k I overpaid in commissions.

Great job keeping me updated and getting me the best outcome for my circumstances. Would definitely recommend this solicitors to anyone.

My issue with this company is the constant lack of communication.

I have rang many times and spoke to a few different staff who kept saying the case handler will get in touch. Unfortunately they never get in touch.

I was told the case handler is off sick, they had surgery.

Next time I rang I was told the case handler is on annual leave and they will be back to work at such date. Appointments was booked a few times for them to contact me, they never call, they never reply to my emails. It seems like all my effort falls on deaf ears.

A few staff are unable to tell me what is happening with my case. They kept referring me back to the case handler who does not even update me.

I have asked a few times for the management to contact me instead, I heard nothing.

This is been going on for almost three months now and prior to that.
I am getting fed up of it all. Hence the poor review.

I regret choosing veritas solicitors, this is the biggest mistake of my life. I wish I had gone elsewhere.

I don't know what's happening with my case and it is not nice to constantly ignore customers emails, lack of response and ignore customers requests, do not acknowledged customers and to leave customers in the dark.

This company has a very poor communication skills.

Also lack of organisation. They need to workout how to liaise with their customers in the absence of a particular staff, and answer queries, or at least get a staff to cover the person who is off.

I am not happy with Veritas solicitors at all.

The way I was 'handled' by the case handler for 'housing disrepair' of my home and he went above and beyond what he needed to do.

Veritas solicitors-(VS) is a good company, I have had issues with my housing for quite awhile and when they got involved, a lot of my housing repairs got done very sharpish.
My File handler was extremely helpful and took time with me to break down all the legal jargon which I did not understand and because of her I got what I needed from all parties involved.
I would higher recommend them.

I thought the whole process was smoother than I expected. Abbie was very patient and efficient.
The firm is very professional and and got me a good deal and got work started on the repairs to my home.

I cannot thank Veritas Solicitors enough particularly Aiza for everything that they have done throughout this process. Communication was thorough with regular updates via email and telephone calls. They have been professional, patient and understanding. Thank you ever so much for getting through this process and getting a positive outcome. I would give you more than 5 stars if I could.

I had mould and damp issues for as my landlord never took me seriously. So, I decided to take some legal action.

An ad from Facebook came up with suggestions, upon researching I have stumbled and found VERITAS for no win no fee. I was skeptical but I really cannot take it anymore. The long short of it was the telephone call, questions then photos of all areas affected sent to WhatsApp then 4 was waited as time scale to process whether can be put as a case and it did. Then 4 was for independent inspector and documented everything. Everything then was left to Veritas to do all the walking and just update me where we are. Kept me updated not hanging. Then, the day came compensation documents agreed. Processed then again it was my landlord breached of contract so followed up again this time it was Andrew Wainwright assisted me, he is in breached contract. Dealt with, workers came and yesterday I have signed both documents completion with the supervisor of my landlord then another compensation breaching contract. Today. All done and what a change of air in every rooms including open plan living room and dining as well as our kitchen and bathroom. So, a big thank you to VERITAS SOLICITORS.
